Christopher was also outstanding—he actually traveled to Illinois to pick up the truck for me, which shows the level of customer service they provide. I also want to recognize Jay and Tom in the service department. They helped me by getting some tires switched around and took great care of my previous truck. They completed several repairs for me, and I’ve always been happy with the quality of work and service I’ve received from their department. Tanner in finance was great to work with as well. He made the financing process straightforward and easy. Overall, I had an excellent experience from sales to service to finance. My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from DeyArman, and we truly cannot recommend them enough. Every person we interacted with was kind, patient, and willing to answer our questions without a hint of pressure. We never had a single negative moment throughout the entire process. The real standout, though, was our salesman, Art. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has mastered the balance of showcasing a vehicle’s features without ever feeling pushy or salesy. Instead of putting us in the most expensive model and letting us fall in love with the features—as many salespeople tend to do—he did the exact opposite. Art started by asking us our non-negotiables and ‘nice to haves.’ Then he showed us the base models, let us get a feel for them, and then simply asked, “What are you missing? What are you looking for that this car doesn’t have?” to ensure we hadn’t left anything off our list. It kept the excitement when we saw the one that had everything we truly wanted and made the entire experience feel like he genuinely wanted us to find the right fit rather than focusing on just getting a sale. His approach with that level of honesty and care earned our trust completely.
