The mark of a great dealer for me is the service after the sale. I bought a Buick Lacrosse from the Blaine store, adding an extended warranty. After 15 months, I found another car at a different dealer that caught my eye and I purchased it. Having over 3 years left on the warranty, I contacted Mike at Bedrock and he walked me through the process to get a refund. As a single mother of three children it has massive trunk space, spacious for the kids, and it's easy to maintain maintenance. I'm short so the fact that I don't need to use a pillow to see is a plus as well!
