Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

My daughter needed a new car and I have tried contacting many of the local Kia dealers in regards to cars they have listed on their website. Metro Kia of Madison was excellent with communication and follow through the others didn't respond (1 finally after a week) in a timely manner. While it wasn't in stock, it was expected to be in soon. So one of the sales associates let us test drive his personal car that was the same make and model. He was polite and answered all of our questions.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here (I was in the market for a Subaru). I would absolutely recommend them. They let me know when one of the cars I was interested in sold since I was driving from out of town. They also were very up front with pricing options and financing options. The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

They seem like a reputable dealership, nice sales people, but, I couldn't get a definite answer why they could not offer the exact price on the car that you had it offered for. It was about $1200 more than your online ad.

The service department was able to get my car in for scheduling on the day I needed and did an excellent job on my car.

I own a 2016 Chrysler 200C AWD with "Tech Package" (forward collision warning saved me from hitting back end of pickup Truck). Has Panoramic Sunroof. I bought car for my Wife but I enjoy driving Car to, has lot of Power from 3.6 liter V-6 engine, All Wheel Drive is awesome. reliable is great.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

Bought this van the 1st quarter of 2017 with 10k miles. As of the 1st of 2024 my mileage is at 84k. I traded in my 2010 model. I find these vans to be extremely reliable and even though I purchased extended warranties have never had any type of warranty issues, actually no warranty work on either van, but I do regular fluid and maintenance, so I guess I wasted a lot of extra dollars due to their reliability. I am a big guy so I really like the seating, plenty of room for me. I also really like the Stow and Go back seats which gives me room to haul all types of stuff. I highly recommend these vehicles.
