I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Dealer incentives and Ford's incentives made shopping here a better choice. To get the deal I needed. Prices were a bit better than other dealers.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I had the best car sales experience of my life here, it was easy, no pressure and positive. I found the car online, it was a cherry 2016 Mustang Eco-sport Premium, called to confirm it was still available and made an appointment to come see it in person. Craig Wick was an awesome salesman, very personable, super chill and knowledgeable; his office was full of music memorabilia and his desk itself looks like a piece of art. He took time to go over what I wanted, he even took the time to show me a music video and talk show clip based on our conversation. Craig let me drive the car on city streets and the highway, taking as long as I needed to feel comfortable. They gave me a fair, no-hassle price for a certified used car (that included the free CARFAX info) and didn’t try to talk me into buying lots of extras; they presented available options and answered all my questions. Craig used to restore Mustangs and let me know that the car color used to be known as Strawberry, now it’s called Ruby Red, but I love the Strawberry better and it was fun to learn about the historic information. Craig’s sales manager David Gallardo took the extra time to find me a better interest rate based on my credit because he felt there had to be a better rate for my excellent history. Then David spent nearly a full hour showing me how my car’s system worked, finished getting me set up (Craig helped get it started) and made sure everything was working correctly. They put a big bow on the car and take your picture with your new purchase, a nice touch! I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them without any reservations.

I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)
