I have gone to no one else for service on my 2016 Town & Country van. Their customer service skills are unprecedented, even compared to customer skills of yesteryear!! They don't over-sell repairs. They check your vehicle according to the maintenance manual and make you aware of issues.... with no pressure to repair said issues! My next vehicle will be purchased from them!

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

As usual, Brad and Tom (service writers) took excellent care of me and the shop took good care of my truck. Once again service was timely and fair. Even though I'm retired now and not driving much, me and my 20 year old Avalanche still get treated like I did when I was working, putting 75,000 miles a year on my Ryan purchased Chevys. I never hesitate to recommend Ryan Auto Mall to anyone!

I've always had great experiences at Lenzen. Services are performed in a timely manner. Vehicle detailing is excellent. Service writers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Rental vehicles are available if you're having your vehicle serviced there.

This was my first car shopping after getting a divorce. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them. The staff is friendly. I have a 1 year warranty on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I had problems with my vehicle and had it towed to them. They found more items wrong and fixed them. They even attached my license plate for me. I plan on coming back when I need my next vehicle.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

These guys were courteous and did a great job. They got me in right on schedule. The repairs were done within the time estimate.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Shane & his fellow workers have the best customer skills around, especially during a time customer service is almost non-existent. Their body shop, mechanic's and sales persons are top notch. Not pushy, but very informative. I've had 20 years experience with them.

Ace Auto is a safe and smart way to save thousands of dollars on a lower mileage car. No haggling on price. It is what it is. No high pressure sales. Happy to show you the before photos and what work they've done. Very pleasant buying experience. This is my 2nd salvage car and so far, so good. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Worked with Brian S and he had the best product knowledge of the RAM truck that I have ever found in a car sales guy. I looked at Fords and Chevys before checking out the RAM and none of the other dealers came close to having the product knowledge that I found with Brian and others at Apple Chrysler dealership. They were easy to deal with, first shot on price and trade in value was right in the ballpark, so I ordered the new RAM and love the truck. Have bought new Chev trucks all my life (since 1978) but the new RAM was so incredible that the decision to buy the RAM was easy. Plus the dealership experience made it all come together.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Was very happy with the repairs on my jeep.I just wish the warranty would have covered more. It is also nice to know that all the work done is under warranty for two years.

He even had the patience to deal with our questions, test drive and our kids who came along to 'inspect' the vehicle. Pete responded quickly to my cars.com inquiry, and the sales manager, Luke, reached out to confirm our visit. The reason for the low rating on the buying experience was because we had to wait an hour for the finance person to complete the purchase due to the late night visit and a customer ahead of us. Fortunately, the facilities were awesome. We had our fill of popcorn, fountain pop and the Twins game! This was our second vehicle purchased from this dealer and would come here again!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I love the quiet electric only driving around town. Same with the ease of stowing the rear seats and removing the middle seats. This allows full 4'x8' sheets of construction materials to lay flat. The two major competitors don't do this! The stop&go adaptive cruise control works great. Charging is no hassle. Haven't used any gas since bringing it home. Seats comfortable (no long hauls yet).
