Our sales guy Nick is as professional as they come without being a "salesman", very relate-able and honest. Understand we were out and about doing some Black Friday shopping without really needing anything. We stopped in to do a few test drives as this dealership had all 3 sedans we were considering (Cadillac, Lincoln and Buick) to purchase NEXT YEAR, not this year. After looking they didn't have (on the lot) the Buick LaCrosse with the large moonroof or sunroof...which ever its called. Nick said they had one in the wash bay.....BOOM...test drive done!!! My husband and I love this vehicle and were extremely excited that we made an offer and it was done!! Their finance guy Alex is the ONLY finance guy you will ever want to work on your half in these situations....totally and completely painless!! IF you are in the market for a domestic certified used vehicle, go here----you will NOT regret it!
John Kaminski was extremely helpful from the first time I was in to just even look at options for a truck that I did not expect to get until further down the road but within a a month or two I found I needed a new vehicle sooner than expected. He was great with helping find a truck and opened me up to options I had never even considered before. He was able to set me up with new tires and extra after waiting a week for a sensor to be repaired (the wait was not their fault it was out sourced places issue). He helped make sure my sister who referred me got her referral money and was cool to just talk with about things we had in common and I will be coming to see him for my next vehicle as well. I should note Matt was very helpful in John's absence on one day inparticular.
I love my Jeep and loved the friendly service at Grand Haven. Also love the service with maintenance on my Jeep. GREAT PEOPLE. I trust Nick Rynberg and his great team with all my questions and needs. Alot better than Muskegon Dodge dealership!
Did my research and knew the value of my trade as well as fair market value of the suv I was interested in. Expected a fight to reach a fair deal. Robert Corbett was are salesman and things went great. For the first time I walked out not thinking "what happened" but was pleased that the deal was so smooth with no regrets. Brought my Jeep in for service and had to leave it for a few days, waiting for parts. The Used Car Manager, Nick Rynberg, was awesome about making sure that I got to where I needed to be for my job. I bought my Jeep from Nick, and I feel like he's still looking out for me. That's a great way to make sure that I come back!
I am not an easy customer, when buying a car I expect to be treated well and get a fair price. Alyssa was amazing, I didn't have to fight over a price and I got an amazing deal on trade. Then they let me take the car to really test it out and have my own mechanic check things out. She even helped me move all the car seats. We've had the car about a month now and Alyssa messaged me just to make sure everything was going well. What dealership actually goes looking to make sure a sale is still what we want, answer is a great one. Everyone at this dealership when above an beyond for us. We have young kids and buying a car can be extremely stressful but everyone here especially Alyssa made this easy. I've never held any loyalty to a dealership but we will be back!!!
Was looking at cars for a long time. Went in and talked to Justin. He made everything easy. The whole staff was nice. Not pushy, just felt like they actually cared which is nice. Definitely recommend them.
Service at Lakeshore was excellent, I dealt with Frank he kept me very informed. My car wasn't ready when I needed to go on vacation and they gave me a courtesy car so I would be able to take my trip. The estimate was lower than expected!!
My husband & I had been looking for a SUV and saw a Chevy Tahoe at Xtreme on a Sunday afternoon. I had sent a email requesting more information and heard back first thing Monday morning. Our questions were answered and we set up a time to test drive. While we were there we noticed one spot that we asked about. With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! It's the perfect vehicle and the process was seamless! We will definitely be recommending Xtreme to family & friends! :)
First the customer service is great! Ken Hope is very easy to talk to and gave me confidence in there work and is a nice guy, the job was completed in a timely manner and well done, if I need help in the future I will be back!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
