Last month in July on a Saturday, our Ford truck stopped running while driving it, which was quite dangerous. We were 1 mile from Cisco Bay Ford and asked if they could take the vehicle for repair. We were told they wouldn't be able to look at it for 3 weeks. We had no choice but to leave the vehicle at that dealership. They were closed when we brought it. On Monday morning, we asked if they could look at the vehicle as it was disabled. They said "maybe by the end of the week". We were unable to get a rental from them and there were no rentals available in our area. We immediately called Quirk Ford in Hallowell (where we normally have our truck serviced). Josh was incredibly sympathetic and said he could look at it the following day. We paid for the tow. Early Tuesday morning, Josh called informing us it was an issue with wiring. The good news was we didn't need any parts but the repair was labor intensive and would take 1/2 day to complete. Josh went a step further and said if the service department closed before the repair was done, they would take payment over the phone and leave the keys in the truck so we could pick it up after hours when the repair was completed. We were incredibly impressed with Josh. He was professional, efficient and explained this dealership will purposely keep appointments open each day for disabled vehicles so they can repair them and get the customer back on the road. We can't say enough about this service department. They consistently go above and beyond. We live in the Yarmouth area now but decided to keep Quirk as our service dealership as no one can beat their service. Thank you Josh so much for the exceptional service you provided us. More importantly, thank you for communicating with us on a regular basis so we could remain informed about the completion of the repair. You not only looked at the vehicle immediately, you repaired it in the same day despite not having an appointment and the job taking hours to fix. We appreciated this more than you'll ever now. We are such a busy family and being without our vehicle would have been a huge hardship.

The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

Purchased our second vehicle through, Quirk in Bangor. Unforunately, our 2017 Tahoe needed more work then we were willing to dump into it. Just to start, $1100. for a new screen/radio, which would have been my second replacement. A hard NO I brought, up my trade, and looked at a few different varieties, a Truck, Volvo, and a Cadillac. 2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I just baught a 2005 ML500 from a gambling buddy of mine for 700 dollars.It needed a egr valve and a spark plug change. They were the original plugs from the factory.Got everything replaced for 800 dollar s. I've never owned a Mercedes in my life. This car is so awesome, my wife and I are totally in love with it.I can say it's the best car we have ever owned, I'm never getting rid of it. Once again Mercedes has the best cars in the world. Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

From our first visit, we were made to feel very welcome. Our eventual salesperson, Ryan Fortin, was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. Never did we feel that we were being steered toward options we did not want. Ryan took us on a couple of test drives, patiently demonstrating the features of the vehicle. The financial terms were handled by by Doug, and I felt they were very fair. All in all, it was a positive experience.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.
