Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

We needed a car with passenger seats that have a particular attribute. My research showed 2 vehicles. One was a Toyota Sienna. The other was a Honda Odyssey. For 28 years, all of our new cars have come from Charlie’s. With the help of Jeff Hanson and Paul Dustin our needs were completely fulfilled. Thanks for the help and understanding. Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

From our first visit, we were made to feel very welcome. Our eventual salesperson, Ryan Fortin, was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. Never did we feel that we were being steered toward options we did not want. Ryan took us on a couple of test drives, patiently demonstrating the features of the vehicle. The financial terms were handled by by Doug, and I felt they were very fair. All in all, it was a positive experience.

I just baught a 2005 ML500 from a gambling buddy of mine for 700 dollars.It needed a egr valve and a spark plug change. They were the original plugs from the factory.Got everything replaced for 800 dollar s. I've never owned a Mercedes in my life. This car is so awesome, my wife and I are totally in love with it.I can say it's the best car we have ever owned, I'm never getting rid of it. Once again Mercedes has the best cars in the world. I have previously bought 16 new cars. NEVER before did I receive the type of service that Charlie's provides, MOST notably from the sales guys that I had an extreme pleasure to deal with. I live in MA and was purchasing a new car for my son who was moving to Winthrop, Maine. My first contact was with ALAN KENNEY who right off the bat gave me what I knew was a UNBELIEVABLE DISCOUNT!! I spent many years in the new car business and recognized the discount I got on THE 2018 Honda Odyssey as HUGE. I calculated it was below invoice.... In any event in addition to the supa $$, Alan communicated with me via e-mail (as he pointed out once we met at the dealership) OVER 60 TIMES! What sales person in any dealership would respond to SIXTY E-MAILS!! ?? Alan advised me and patiently answered all of my questions as the registering process is totally different in Maine vs MA. The was also NO "games" played with silly unnecessary "BS" being offered as ad-ons to the purchase like most dealers do. The actual delivery was done by Pat Michaud who went over the cah with my son as if he was his own son buying a car for the first time. Never before did I see any sales person spend so much time explaining EVERY detail of the cah. Pat even insisted on taking my son for a "test drive". Something that you only expect when your looking to purchase a cah. Pat was spending so much time going over the car it prompted me to tell him that my son didn't need anymore assistance as he could read the manual. Pat would have nothing to do with that as he insisted on going over every detail. The finance manager, Alex Musica was thorough and went over all the figures and you cannot beat Honda financing at 1.9% . All-in all my experience with doing business with Charlie's and their staff was the most satisfying I have ever had. Only a month earlier I had purchased a "pricy" BMW in Ma and had gotten the run-around with all sorts of BS during the negotiations and upon delivery of a cah that cost 85K the salesman tossed the keys to me and said "here you go". If you live within 100 miles of a Charlie's dealership when you need to purchase a car and you don 't do business with them then you are out of your mind. Bill Mullen Quincy, MA

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

Have had it only one day. Drives nicely and handles very well for a pickup. The ride and noise level are exceptionally smooth and quiet. Not just for a small truck but any vehicle. Overall very nice.

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

I bought my 2025 Subaru Forester the middle of August and two weeks later took it on a 1500 mile road trip. My only complaints are the funky steering (extremely sensitive) and the 11.6" Infotainment screen occasionally freezing. That's not a good thing when driving in traffic. I wished it was AWD versus continuous four wheel drive. Overall, I do like the Forester better than the CR-V I had before.

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Also got a great trade in on my 3 year old car. Paid much less than I was planning on spending. That certainly doesn't always happen.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.
