I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

This is a review on the second car I bought from Towbin Dodge In Henderson and another great experience. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

From the moment I drove into the service department check in, to returning to my spotless washed car, the treatment reached above my expectations. We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.
