2024 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid review
I initially was looking at a conventional gas '24 Tacoma TRD Offroad with the $4400. level TRD package. After driving this model, this one came home instead! The truck has better acceleration, the battery kicks in at 30mph or less and it's knocking down almost 23mpg with 1900 miles on it so far. The higher options one (approx $8500) on this Tacoma, comes with acoustical glass making it quieter on the inside than the lower TRD option equipped truck I initially looked at. The seats are comfortable, the 360 camera view, and speaking of cameras, this one has one for the rear view mirror! No more looking at the rear seat headrests in the view. Buy this truck, it's a mid-size with the high-end full-size truck goodies that'll fit in parking spaces.

2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.

'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.
2021 Dodge Charger review
Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! Thanks again to the Ryan Ford Team, including the prepping staff that we didn't meet!

My Raptor experience has been excellent. Very comfortable, handles fantastic. Great pedal response. Towing ability has been very responsive handlles great during Towing. Have not had a single problem. Only drawback might be price tag.

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

2024 Ford F-150 review
Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

2025 Ford Bronco Sport review
We've owned the Bronco Sport Heritage for 6 months and we are thrilled with it. The 1.5L did not impress me in the beginning but has absolutely won me over. Driving to 5000 feet up 6% mountains is not a problem for this engine neither is passing on the freeway. Engine noise when accelerating is surprisingly quiet and its averaging 32 mpg. The interior is smartly laid out and roomy. The exterior is just fun to look at. The boxy shape really sets it apart from the other SUV's out there. A lot of thought went into the design of the Bronco Sport and the longer I own it the more I'm appreciating the vehicle.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

Purchasing the truck was an ok experience . However, after that things became less than pleasant. We stopped by the dealership and pointed out some issues that that needed to be repaired. Both, the salesperson and her boss examined our concerns and agreed that repairs were required and they would coordinate the work and get us a loaner and call us when these arrangements were completed. Over a week goes by and no one from the dealership contacts us and we have to initiate a call to request an update on work on our truck.Again, another week goes by and we have to call the dealership to discuss the timeframe for the necessary repairs . We are once again informed that they are still trying to coordinate the necessary work. Days go by and we call again and were told work would be scheduled but they could not provide us a loaner car. We were told that we could hang out in the dealership till work is completed, an offer we declined. The next day we received a call from Carlos Conejo, an employee in the service department, explaining that he was now assuming the the responsibility of completing the necessary work on our truck and that he would provide us with a loaner car . Carlos called us several times that day with detail information as to when we should bring the truck,procedure of repairs , and the time frame for work to be completed. We delivered the truck the next day to Cavender’s , Carlos provided us with a loaner and would call us to report on the progress of repairs. He called us again to inform us that work would not be completed today and that work will be completed tomorrow. The next day Carlos called to tell us that the work has been completed and we can come to get our truck anytime we wish. When we arrived at the dealership we met Carlos and he took us to inspect the repairs completed on our truck to make sure everything met our satisfaction. Carlos not only oversaw the necessary repairs in a very timely manner, but, he also had our truck completely detailed. Carlos proved to be a man of his word. Carlos introduced us to the general manager. Reggie Ford, who listened to our concerns and expressed sincere disappointment in our overall experience at his dealership. Reggie also commented on how much he appreciated our frank and sincere conversation and that he will use it to help make his employees better understand the importance of good customer service. My wife and I both lost respect and confidence in the Cavender Ford dealership in Columbus, but, Carlos and Reggie have restored our faith and trust in them. 2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2025 Ford F-150 review
I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

2021 Chevrolet Colorado review

Overall experience was good in purchasing a new truck in May 2025. Carlos Conejo, Service Advisor, was excellent in facilitating the repair process after almost 5 weeks working with sales person and her boss. Once Carlos got involved in our situation there were phones calls and arrangements were made to repair our truck immediately. He was able to get me a loaner car. Originally I was told by Joel(don’t know his title) that I would have to wait in his showroom all day and wait for my truck to be repaired. I knew that was not going to happen, and was called by Carlos to tell us that we would have a loaner car. Our truck was ready the next afternoon and probably 4 phone calls from Carlos with updates about the repairs. Also met with GM Reggie Ford and voiced our concerns about the lack of communication in those 5 weeks. Mr.Ford was very intent on listening to us about our conversations with his car dealership and was so professional in doing so. Left his office with better feelings than before. 2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2025 Ford F-150 review
Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

2023 Ford Bronco Sport review
Bought new. 50k on the odometer. Nothing of any concern has happened and Ford has a generous 10k miles between maintenance intervals. Stock tires on the Badlands did not last anywhere near their projected life. With the new tires I’m getting around 28mpg now. The badlands GOAT modes have gotten me through a lot of OHV trails and forest roads. The suspension articulates well. Anything I’ve dared to ask it do it has done.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus
