My 1990 mustang gt 5.0 5 spd has over 200.000 miles . Still gets 20-23 miles to a gallon combined . A/C still works. Had 1 clutch change never had the valve covers changed.

Found the specific, rare car for which i was searching. It was at Blasius pre owned. I had never heard of them so I took the trip from NY to see the car. Never owned a Corvette before my 2020 C8 2LT. This American sports car is a super car costing 3 & 4 times less than others. My only disappointment is the camera in the interior rear view mirror. Head lights and driving lights flutter in the camera and at night following vehicles appear to be in a fog. It's a smart man's super car.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

Service at the BMW dealership of North Haven always run smoothly. Provided with a car if service is lengthy. The service staff is courteous and friendly.

So glad I got my fun car for myself. I got it mint condition. I love the hard top convertible, automatic and manual driving. It actually has great trunk space for a weekend bag.

i think car max got it right when they make you an offer they are serious.it is good for 7 days and the process is rather seamless

My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. In 2002 they sold over MSRP adjusted for inflation @$54K in todays money- pricier than the 2002 Corvette and sold like 30,000 that year. I think that new car buyer had to probably be searching for the 1955 Thunderbird experience to shell out that kind of cash, and most people born on the 60’s and 70’s just didn’t understand that appeal. Oddly, the demographic that did BABIED their cars, kept up maintenance, have all the original tools and covers (just try and find that T-handle wrench for the hard top for example) when you get lucky enough to get a shot at buying one of these babies cars you’ll find they’re sharp and quick, amazingly so despite what people someone lent one to to write about said 20 years ago. Shod with 17inch tires 🛞 and solid suspension, people can complain about the horsepower being light, but stomp it and it will jump, zoom and weave solidly with the best of them. My drive home from buying this car was a blast. Will other sports models eke out slightly better speed, power and performance over these 20 year old T-birds? Sure, why not. Does it matter if you’re not at Road Atlanta? No. For me, this a sleeper sports car that’s about to bust onto the scene and see its reputation finally living up to the 2002 Car of the Year Award Motor Trend gave it. I think you need to find one of these babied sweethearts like I did. It’s a blast to find a good one and discover what an under rated blast it is to drive. Can’t really call it super nimble, but I respect mines solid ride and reasonably quick response & rocket like performance. The incredibly clean lines scream style visually and I suggest that a 2 tone leather optional interior is worth an extra $1K (over the basic. $11-12 K value) a hard top/rack/tonneau cover intact is worth another grand. ($13-14K total seems fair generally for a babied one). Check the rubber suspension parts underneath (inside the front wheel well behind the tire) is the easiest one to check quickly for rot w/o getting under the rear).

This Car is a Dream! Performance and Style are Unmatched. The Alpine Sound System is Awesome! Riding in this car is so Incredibly Smooth, and Accelerating in this car is like hitting an "Ignition/Take Off" Button! A Zero to Sixty MPH in a Neck-Snapping Five Seconds! This Jaguar is One Cool Cat !

Back in 1998 I fell in love with the XJS... I was 16 at the time and I vowed that one day, I’d own one. Fast forward to February 2025, 27 years later… that dream became a reality. I was so lucky to find a near perfect, signal red convertible that had spent its life in a garage. Even up on the rack, the car was near perfect. Everything still worked perfectly and the car had just turned over on 80k miles. Every time I open my garage door, I smile. The car has that power. Additionally, on the rare sunny day when I put the top down and take it out, I am bombarded with waves, honks, “thumbs up”, and inquires. To be honest, I think it is one of the most beautiful cars to ever exist. She has power, class, sport, and comfort. I was lucky enough to get the straight 6 engine, which I hear was the best of the best. The only cons: Back seat is basically used for shopping bags, because a human couldn’t fit.,, and no glove compartment. I must say, I can live without both! LOL! Another con is people are GOING to stare, so don’t pick your nose and always look your best. I absolutely believe I could drive into a brand new Mercedes dealer and everyone on the lot would break their necks looking… I can live with that con too! All in all, my favorite car I have ever owned (had other Jags, BMW, and Cadillacs) and if I live another 50 years, she will be parked in my garage and I’m sure at 93, I’d still be smiling. Wouldn’t take $75,000 cash for her today… She’s my dream!

Hold the road great. Good power weights 4800 lb. Use lot of gas in the city but on the highway not so bad. I hold on to it.Have it for 10 years already

I have two Jaguars. The first a 2001 XK8, I bought in 2015 from the original owner. The 2nd, a 2007 XK, I bought after the original owner traded it in to a dealer in Oregon. I had it shipped to me in Alabama. Both are a similar Pacific Blue, the 07 being Indigo Blue, slightly darker. The 01 has Ivory interior, the 07 has beige. The 01 has quite a bit of recurring maintenance from a host of items that needed redesigning, which was accomplished on the 07. Everything needed was done. The big differences between the two cars is trunk space and cabin space. The 07 Cabin accommodates a taller person where the trunk on the 01 would hold a VW Beetle and easily close. I redesigned the 01 upper shock mounts and rebuilt the mounts with new polyurethane bushings that should outlast me. I have replaced them with OEM 3 times since 2015. That chirping sound you hear is the shock mounts, metal to metal chirping. Anyway, the 01 XK8 is a nice automobile that needs near constant attention. The 07 XK is a Super Luxury GT sports car that is easy to maintain and so far, bulletproof. Nothing that I have driven in it's class compares equally. Everything else has a harsher ride and are regular sports cars. I have owned Corvettes, BMW's, Acura's, Mercedes and Porsche's. None compare. So far, I've had people compliment me on my Miata (the 01) and Corvette (both the 01 & the 07)... Jaguar is a brand of only a few in my location... very rare and no one knows what it is... up close, they just can't read, I guess. The guy was staring at the Jaguar emblem when he called it the best looking Miata he had ever seen. LOL!

The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc
