We just completed purchase of a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy working with Curtis Etzel (for the sale) and Paul Stanworth for the extensive orientation process regarding the amazing capabilities of our new vehicle. The transaction involved Curtis search for the specific rare model we wanted with a sale to us at a fair price including reasonable value for our unusual trade. Curtis found the unusual model that matched our specifications at a remote dealer, arranged for transport to Hyundai of Cottonwood, and negotiated a fair transaction in a straight forward manner. I bought my first new car in 1968 and have purchased many since. This was among the best purchase experiences I have ever had. We are planning on replacing our second car next year and Hyundai of Cottonwood will be our first stop even though we live in Prescott.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

From PA on vacation in west when 2015 Santa Fe had issues. Talked with Vince in service dept.from Utah where issues started and he was very helpful and instrumental in bringing us to Cottonwood Hyundai.Brought car in for repair and ended up buying a new Santa Cruz from Paul. Can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of Paul and Curtis in finances. Buying a new vehicle was the farthest thing from our mind when we arrived. It is very soft and comfortable, it has a good audio system, the front lights are excellent, the pedestrian and vehicle warning system works well, the price is very reasonable, the interior design is very minimalist and this makes it easy to work with it, the engine is very It gives good power and you have a very good driving feeling with it, its exterior design is very similar to muscle cars, with eight headlights, it is very attractive

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

164,000 miles no issues. Car services me well. The oil usage is slight. I would get another, but KIA doesn't make them anymore. My commute is about 1 hr one way.

I love my Enclave. The first time I saw a picture in a magazine, I knew it was the one I wanted. I only have 60,000 miles on it. I bought it New, Premium. The family vacation vehicle. Although I fly a lot. The front lights did it for me!!!

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

My wife and I took our friends Jeep there to sell it as our friend is ill and cannot drive anymore. Clifford met us outside and listened to our story. He checked Carfax and Kelley Bluebook. Steve the owner came, listened, and took the Jeep for a ride. Both were very considerate, kind, and offered a fair deal. Instead of our friend needing to try and get to the car lot, Curtis took us home, explained all the paperwork to our friend and said he would handle everything with MVD. Another gentleman was also there, sorry name slips my mind. All 4 made this experience effortless and provided our friend peace of mind. I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Cliff is an amazing guy, honest forward and forthcoming throughout my experience with him. I flew into Phoenix from Chicago to purchase a rare color rust-free NB2 miata, and from the first time I called I was cared for. Cliff and I agreed on a price after he sent me 40 photos of the car from specific weird angles I asked of him. He even was kind enough to park the car and send me a pic of the odometer and promise not to move it when I asked. Extremely good guys, honest about finance and helpful. I bought a 2009 Aura XE in 2010 and so far I have put 200010 miles on it. Bought it used with 30000 miles. It is by far the best, most reliable car I've owned and it is still running strong. Nothing but routine maintenance. I've changed spark plugs once and I change the oil and filter every 3000-4000 miles. I've changed the wiper motor once and a sensor once. I've owned a few brand new cars but none were as good as this one. Garage kept so that may contribute to it lasting for 14 years. But it's been a great car.

Purchased our '05 retro bird from a seller on Long Island 3 years ago and took a 4,000-mile epic road trip home to Utah. It had 9,000 miles on it when we left the seller's house on Long Island, 13,000 when we pulled in the driveway at home. It performed flawlessly on the road trip. It was remarkably comfortable and roomy. It really is a pleasure to drive and travel in on a road trip. My wife, who is "a delicate lady," never once complained about the ride or comfort in the cabin on the 2 week 4,000-mile drive home. As we approached with our bag of groceries, a man standing next to the Bird in the supermarket parking lot in Martha's Vineyard said it as well as anyone, "I'm not a Ford man but I really like this car." This TBird is the first car I have owned where complete strangers have approached me and commented on it's good looks. I lost track of how many people did that on our trip home from Long Island. Our '05 is black on black and Ford only made about 5,000 of those that year. I've never seen another one on the road. It's truly a gleaming black beauty. Not a lick of trouble, runs beautifully and the factory exhaust note is magic. It's still 100% original except for the tires, the original tires looked fine with only 13,000 miles on them, but the tire store wouldn't work on a slow leak on one of the tires because of their age, so new Michelins. My only disappointment is that Ford did not offer a manual transmission on these, but I guess I'm in a small minority of drivers who cares about that. In good weather I try to take it out once a month to run some errands or take a Sunday drive, to make sure everything is working and keep the battery charged. Though it is fun to drive, it is also just a joy to look at in the garage. Like looking at a piece of art, a painting or sculpture. I put about 300 or 400 miles per year on it and after 3 years of ownership, so far so good. It goes to the dealer once a year for an oil change and service check. I've seen retro Birds for sale where owners have updated the sound system with aftermarket stuff that probably has satellite radio, nav, etc. I get the motivation to do that, but to me it's a sacrilege, defacing a classic. I have a gizmo that plugs into the lighter outlet and converts the Bluetooth signal from an iPhone to an FM signal the radio picks up and plays; that works fine. But mostly I just plug CDs in with classic 50's music, that seems most appropriate and adds to the ambiance. It never leaves the garage unless the weather is suitable for top-down driving.

This is an overall solid car. It's comfortable for me. I am 6'0" and even though most would laugh seeing me in the compact car, it's comfortable for me. The vehicle is reliable, easy on gas, and easy to handle.

Own it since 2005 and not going to sell it and you know why, Magnum never had good reviews - muscle car from the past. I purchased Magnum RT 2WD right at the beginning, classic rear wheel drive, you need some skills to drive in the winter, not for hot coco, coloring books crowd. Last great American station wagon

As a woman who has bought many new cars, I was surprised to find there are still male salesmen who talk down to women, or just simply ignore us. This wasn't the case at Prescott Valley Kia. They respected that I had done my research, had in fact found the car's window sticker online and asked for it by number, and allowed me to test drive it by myself. Yes, there was haggling, but it's still a better dealership than all the others I visited.

2024 GMC sierra 1500 duramax 3.0 is great truck. Great ride and great MPG. 100% recommend to any prospective buyer. Love the truck and how it perform.

I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.
