It was a flashy vehicle when knew and it stood for a luxury vehicle back when it was new! Great new features as the display area! It still works! Great detailing in the dashboard. Here is a review of my start to finish process of buying a car from Gateway Classic Cars, Ft. Lauderdale: ----- 1. The sales people who you work with are not on site. They're working remote so they don't have eyes on the car. ---- So, 2. You'll want to be connected with someone on site who can start and drive the car, provide a walkaround video, pictures of whatever you want and give their input. I worked with Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location for my purchase and he was outstanding with helping me to know the car before making an offer. He is the reason that this is a 5 star review. -------- 3. Hauling: They'll get you a quote for hauling the vehicle. I chose Nexus Transport myself to use. They were a bit cheaper and top rated by Forbes. That went just fine. --------- 4. These cars are all on consignment. So, I feel that you have to be a little more careful because you have another party who may not have disclosed things to Gateway. Best practice is to get a pre-buy done from someone like Lemon Squad. That being said, I was so comfortable with my deal, took the risk and waived the pre-buy. And in my case, the Prowler is a mint gem and I have no concerns after receiving it. Also, there is a common thought then you buy a car like this, you should budget 10% or so of the price for maintenance right after you get the car because stuff always comes up, otherwise, don't buy a used car. --------5. Since they're on consignment, they have commissions they charge the seller. As a buyer, I don't care if I see a commissions line on the purchase agreement. As long as my out the door number was what I offered, that's fine. --------6. I wired money to them and within a few hours, I had all the fully executed paperwork back in my hands. Title took about 3 weeks to receive by UPS. And the folder had everything I needed to register the car in my state. Wow! Thank you Barbara! ------ 7. So here is what breeds loyalty. Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location made sure the car was completely ready to be picked up including accessories that were bubble wrapped. The car was supposed to be picked up at Noon on Saturday, plenty of time before they closed at 5pm. He stayed until the truck arrived...very late....AT 1:30am Sunday morning!!!! (Otherwise, it would have sat until Tuesday). I cannot believe he did that for me. I received my car loading video at 2am. That's unbelievable service that deserves more than 5 stars. ------- Summary: I'd have zero issues with buying from Gateway again....they just operate in a different dealership style than what I'm used to, which is just fine.

good comments all around, spent 7K for new plugs and coils, brakes, rear suspension, etc..on 54K car (2004)and was going to buy new--but, an extra car...worth it...new tires a few years ago and better than most on the road, enjoy

This car was extremely comfortable and fun to drive. With its big block power I couldn't help but to find myself feathering the pedal and getting thrown back in the seat to scared to give her every thing she was begging for. With a 3spd turbo 400, she glides through the gears just pulsing at every shift point. With sounds of screaming american eagles from the exhaust this car is one I wouldn't pass up if i had the opportunity.

This car was a real head turner. It went to many car shows and because of its limited production it always had a lot of interest. A joy to drive, 12 cylinders of pure acceleration, but it drove just as beautifully at cruise speeds as it did on the highway. I will continue to enjoy this car as an Aston fan for life.

Nascar reflected huge on the Monte Carlo's in styling and performance. I purchased one brand new in 1985..What a bang for the buck these cars where in there day. Great car!!

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

I've enjoyed this as my first original classic car that is completely drivable and usable. Extremely clean, this car has been kept out of the snow and weather and is in terrific shape. Lots of fun to drive and gets lots of looks.

Ok,..for starters...this car is rediculusly fast for the year it was. It was twin turbo,all wheel drive with four wheel steering and active aero. At first I wasnt too impressed by the looks and styling,..but as soon as I got into the car I notice it had leather seats and a bunch of buttons and gauges in it. Lol, it sat very low too the ground like a Corvette or something and honestly it made me feel like I was sitting in the cockpit of a jet...really really. So after I got the keys and took it for a test drive,..as soon as I pulled off the lot and gave it some gas...instantly I felt a g force or something pin me to the seat...I knew then I was in love with this car..I've had this car for a few weeks and its still running strong,....I'm very happy with this car..!!!!!!
