The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Days after the purchase I was called to see how I was liking my new vehicle . I would suggest Scranton Chevy to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle and will be going back in the future.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

My initial dealership experience was with Scranton. While I can't compare it to others, why look elsewhere when it's already perfect here?

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

An amazing experience with the service department and collision center at this dealership after my car was damaged by a fallen tree. The process right from the beginning was flawless. Getting the car to the dealership, getting the rental car, the time it took to get the parts and do the repairs was quicker than expected. Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

It was easy to get a convenient appointment. Staff was courteous and repair cost was reasonable. Facility waiting room was clean and comfortable. Facility location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants which makes waiting for repair completion easier.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

When you walk in its like seeing friends you haven't seen in years! Very friendly and they have patience which most places do not have. They made it easy picking a car and getting it!

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

They may not have the largest selection or the biggest showroom, but the Customer Service was top notch. Incredibly easy and worry free shopping and buying process and friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be much happier.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

Easy process from start to finish - all in 24 hours. I saw a 24 Sportage listed online, contacted to be sure it was still there and promptly received an email letting me know it was and they could handle RI registrations. Stopped in to see it and met Garett who was very nice and professional and not at all pushy. He showed us the car, we said "yes" and while we could have taken it that day if we wanted to wait an hour, we had to go. Picked up the next day - literally walked in and Garett got up and handed us the keys. Loads of beautiful vehicles and easy to get to - right off of 395. I dread car shopping, but this was simple!
