I have to come back and provide an update. When the Actual General Manager, Sam heard my story he called me and immediately went into action. He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! Car has less than 100k miles, which was hard to find in my price range. ARC fixed a side skirt for us and also did some touch up work to the front and it looks so much better.

These guys have been in business forever, and they are one of the few garages in the area that is certified to do state emissions testing. It looks like a bunch of the other dealers in the area bring their cars there for service too. So why not just cut out the middleman? All their cars look great, and I would totally buy from them!
