Justin was great. He explained the timing of the diagnosis for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and informed me when complete. He also contacted my extended warranty company and did all communication with them. He cleared the repair to be covered by the warranty and for the warranty company to supply a rental car while repairs were being completed. Upon completion Justin followed up and set a time to pick up my Jeep without a hitch. Justin is very professional and personable and I would recommend him and this dealership if any repairs are needed and if inteeested in purchasing a new or CPO vechicle.

Review will need amended once I get everything repaired. I took my Ram in for several repairs and found out they did not have the part I needed. So I am waiting for a phone call to bring my truck in AGAIN!

My salesperson was Tony Johnson and he was absolutely fabulous. Never once did I feel pressured to buy. He was quick and efficient through the entire sales process. I bought a pre-owned 2017 Super Duty and I am thrilled with it. Tony was totally professional throughout. I would recommend him to anyone.
