I have given a five star rating to Mr. Eddie Miller at Robbins Chrysler DJRF because he was very professional, civil and courteous. He was informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly with a gentlemanly manner. He never once gave me the impression that his job was to squeeze every nickle out of me, for made-up car problems, that they could. That was very refreshing. In all of my dealings with Schram and now Robbins dealership, over nearly six years, I have had only excellent service, and highly recommend the dealership, and Mr. Miller, without reservation.
Willie Thomas at Flint Hills Auto made the purchasing process a breeze and very much enjoyable. He listened to what I was looking for and presented me with various options that fit my budget and my lifestyle. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable truck buying experience. If he is any representation of what it's like working with the team at Flint Hills Auto, I'm actually looking forward to when my wife needs a new vehicle.
Friendly and professional customer service, quality vehicles to choose from with no pressure. Sales and finance Rep's were awesome. Parts ands service department are very efficient and always courteous. Thank you Robbins Team, all round great Costner care.
I am just so grateful to Brady Sauder and the detailed help he gave me over a four week period in my attempts to clear the paperwork that hampered my attempt to obtain a clear title to a 2010 Chrysler 300, purchased at Orviedo Dodge in La Grange TX. I have struggled with this issue on my own since August and really don't know what I would have done next if I hadn't decided to just walk in the door of his office one day with my files and ask for his help.
Great staff and vehicles to choose from.. really helped me to get the best deal for the vehicle o wanted and worked with me and the bank.. being a first time buyer got turned down a lot and he made it work for a great vehicle and great price and good interest. Dick Edwards and Dawn have taken good care of me for a long time ! My latest purchase I talked over the phone with Dawn about. She sent me web pages, then called to tell me she had just the car. I live about 25 miles south, and Dawn brought the car. I trusted her, so I told her to bring the paperwork too! She took my trade-in back with her and saved me a lot of time!
Outstanding, Customer Service. Was a very easy process. My Sales agent Ron Johnson was super helpful and understood what I was looking for. Ron went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied.
This place is great! Never felt pressured to buy, or spend more on a different vehicle, worked with me a lot making sure everything I needed was taken care of, and everyone I talked to there was super nice and helpful. Out of all the dealerships I???ve been to, Dick Edwards is by far my favorite. I was lucky enough to have Lyles as my salesman and he went out of his way to help and work with me.
I contacted Frieling Auto Sales through e-mail about a 2008 truck that I was very interested in buying, I received a response back with 24 hours. Wayne was very nice an helpful through the whole process, he kept in touch with me about updates. An he was very patient & understanding of my financial situation. When it was finally time to sign the papers & pick up the vehicle, they had all the fluids checked plus topped off if needed, & the vehicle cleaned up before I got there. All in all I had a great experience with the dealership especially myself being a first time buyer. I have even already started referring a few of my friends to Frieling Auto Sales, knowing they will be just as satisfied with them as I was. Thank you Wayne for helping me find the perfect vehicle for me an my children.
They have a friendly bunch of service people that are always ready to help and explain things you need to have done in terms that the average driver can understand. They don't try and sell you something you don't need and they get things fixed right the first time.
