I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
used car dealers are scary. i hate dealing with them. but this was nice. they didn't lie to me and tell me the car "would last." they showed me service records for what they inspected and helped me buy a car that i was really, really happy with. would definitely return or recommend. Anthony and Jimmy were great. thank guys!
Poor follow up. No return calls. Promised repairs.

Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.
There is never enough that can be said about how good of Chance is at his job, he made it easy for me to decide what I would be happy with. He is such a social person I felt really comfortable with him helping me and glad he was the one who helped me out.
I came into the dealership after a car accident and was completely distraught after losing my little 2011 Honda Civic. Dan made the experience of buying a new car after that trauma as smooth and stress free as possible. He worked with my during a time where I probably wasn???t the best customer to deal with but he stayed patient and even kept a refreshing sense of humor. Wouldn???t have wanted anyone else to help me.
Was not happy with customer service. I was not told about the service department and free oil changes. Have no clue about xm radio. Made an appointment to pick up my vehicle a week after I signed my paperwork cause it was not ready that day and during delivery I was handed the keys and told it was out front. There were more than one vehicle that looked like the one I purchased out front. No one walked me to it. I was told to come in two days later to set up everything for my vehicle. I made an appointment for a reason. Now they need the paperwork from my old vehicle which wasn’t discussed. I have been back and forth and have never and to deal with such nonsense and lack of communication.
