The wife likes the design so that's what she got. She loves everything about this car. It now has 193,000 miles. At 175,000 it had check engine light and loss of power, took to dealer they said needed plugs wires etc. IT was better but still bad took to a mechanic and he found the head gasket blown and a recall. Took to a different dealer and it's all better. Our only complaint is no take off power with the AC running.

It did not take hours of frustrating time sitting, feeling belittled and being told one thing and then another to only find you have been taken advantage of in the end. My truck maintenance was handled promptly with professionalism. When I went to pay for the service however, they wanted an additional 28$ on a 1K bill to use a credit card. A debit wouldn't incur this fee. This seems like usury and seems over the top.
