I worked with Megan in the buying process and Shawn made me feel very comfortable through the process. The closing took quite a while but that just show how buy and really good they are. I was a little disappointed that there was no washer fluid, but not a big deal.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Never any issues with buying or leasing a vehicle, Bill Vandam is great to work with and is always there to help the customer. The only place I will go to shop for a vehicle.

My experience with Extreme was fantastic! The salesman (Jarred) was polite. I asked that we handle most everything via email due to my work schedule and he was respectful of that. He was not pushy. In this Pandemic crisis the team at Dick Scott service at Ann Arbor Plymouth Road, took good care, maintained CDC precautions and did the regular service promptly on the same day that I requested. Once service was done I was called to pick up and after quick and touch free payment process I was on the way back home. Courteous and friendly team. Would recommend them strongly.

Tyler has been by far the most welcoming member of your service team. He made me feel like he was an old friend. He listened, showed empathy for my problem & was instrumental in getting my truck back on the road. Don't ever really want to go back for service of any kind but if i had to, he would be the man I would feel the most comfortable with.

Hannah was very professional and explained everything. She greeted me and checked my car in as soon as I got out of the car. My car was left clean by the tech and or porter. Thank you I really like the service desk area. It’s very nice.

I just missed the car it was a van decent miles under 2k and I knew it was going to sell quickly and it did but Lori was so nice and suggested to look on the site and call because they get cars like that in often so I suggest her and this company and they jingle is catchy

Dropped off my vehicle for its first routine oil change. Very friendly service staff greeted me with a smile. My service was completed in less time than expected. I wouldn't take my vehicle to any other dealership. The customer service was great and worth the drive.

Darius Kirk was a good salesman. Didn't push my mom into a car she didn't like, helped her find what she was looking for.. Thanks for taking off the sticker. lol
