I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

The staff that helped us at Ferman Ford . All three of these men went out of there way ,to deliver superior service !! Even at the end of the night when most would have been dragging there feet , short fused, all three of them comforted us and put our needs first !! Julie and I feel grateful , blessed and happy we chose Ferman to make our purchase . In a day in age when most people struggle to feel connection with other humans due to constant stimulus overload Julie and I felt we were the only couple on the planet at the dealership that evening . I saw a vehicle on Carfax that I was interested in and made an appointment to check it out. Kent did a great job of showing me the vehicle and worked with me to a deal that fit my budget. I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation. We purchased a 2005 PT cruiser which just wasn't running right. We took it to Thunder Chrysler for repairs. It took three visits to the service department, a lot of perseverance and a lot of detective work, but they got it fixed and running right. Very satisfied. Thank you.

I just got home. I left my house at 7:30 this morning and was at the dealership for five hours. BUT I had asked them to do a complete assessment and they did everything. I love these people. As I drove up my little four legged service person got all excited. She knew where we were and she has a lot of friends there. Everybody came out to greet us and help us descend. As a rule I am treated as someone special. I'm not but I am 87 years old and they are careful to take good care of me. I know them all but am losing my ability to remember names so please forgive me guys but Roderick, Arsenio, Luis, Denisa are so kind and I wrote down their names so I could remember them. My car was very happy and I don't know what all they did but she was very happy. (Yah! She's a lady). I have a very serious suggestion: Now I have no intention of ever buying another car , BUT, wouldn't it be great if you could go to a dealership, (as a woman not knowing much), and find a salesperson there, (of the female persuasion) who not only knows cars but knows the mechanics and has been taught the correct way to sell? I would scout places that teach car mechanics and see if a female is part of the student body and offer her a course in selling and a job. Maybe she just wants to be a mechanic but you could still call on her when you have a woman to sell to. Just an old lady's idea. I encountered a super female salesperson at a Honda dealership in Kissimmee, FL about 25 years ago. The only reason I didn't buy her car right then and there was I had decided I wanted a Chrysler. Anyway, You guys get all the stars. I know i can trust you.
