You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Edgar Gonzalez has been the best Service Representative that I have ever experienced with this dealership. There just happened to be a "new used" 3500 miles on the clock 2024 Ranger that was marked down very reasonably.
