Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
My husband and I came into this dealership because we saw a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland online and wanted to view it and test drive it. Michael helped us out throughout the whole process and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. I would recommend if you come in to try to get Michael to help you out.

It’s a good dealership: you get a fair deal. Just inconvenient parking and location: Andy Yew is a very caring salesman. I got a better deal here than at Security. All good. Ed

Dover Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Ramos has helped me jump through at least five different hurdles to get the vehicle I needed. I certainly didn't make it easy for him, but nonetheless he has gone so far out of his way to make sure that I got the vehicle I needed, in my price range and in time to move forward with my deadlines. The search to get this car has been arduous and frustrating, and it all ended with Ramos. In case he or his managers happen to see this, thank you for going to far out of your way to meet me half way.

My salesman is Ramon Diaz and he went above and beyond to help me. Always returned my calls and I have to say - he cares. This dealership should realize what a great person they have working for them
2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Island Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve bought and leased several vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest, most transparent car-buying processes I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no games, and no hidden fees, which is something I really appreciated. They walked me through the details of the BMW X5, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every option before moving forward. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they were upfront about everything — trade-in value, financing, and next steps. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the delivery process was seamless. What really stood out was the customer-first approach. It felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business, not just close a deal. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy a pre-owned luxury vehicle like a BMW X5, or honestly any car, I highly recommend Island Auto Group. They made what can be a complicated process feel easy and straightforward. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Island Auto Group is the place for 🚗 Let me share my first car buying experience in New York. As someone with zero prior knowledge of how dealerships work, it was incredibly challenging and stressful at first. For over a month, I hunted for a reliable, low-mileage car with excellent safety features, low maintenance, and something within my budget. I ultimately decided between a Subaru Crosstrek or Mazda CX-5. I checked online sites like Cars.com, Carfax, and CarGurus, visited around 10 dealerships (both independent lots and franchises), made tons of phone calls, and even explored Carvana and CarMax. Too many places baited me with low online prices, only to pile on thousands in hidden fees once I showed up—things like mandatory down payments, wear-and-tear charges, inspection fees, and dealership add-ons. But from this experience, I learned a lot about how dealerships really work and gained some valuable knowledge: never fully trust the prices posted online without confirming the true out-the-door cost in person. After five frustrating in-person visits, I was ready to give up on traditional dealerships and just overpay at CarMax to avoid the headaches. That’s when I spotted a listing on Cars.com from Island Subaru. The vehicle photos clearly stated “No hidden fees, no extra fees – fully transparent OTD price.” Skeptical after so many bad experiences, I decided to try one last time and walked in without an appointment or even a phone call. Right away, I met sales representative Christopher Chavous (everyone calls him Chris). He was patient, professional, and didn’t bombard me with unnecessary questions or personal info. He showed me the Crosstrek I was interested in, sat with me for two detailed test drives, and explained all the features thoroughly. The standout moment? Chris gave me the true out-the-door price immediately—no games, no surprises, exactly matching the online listing with zero hidden fees. In an industry full of tricks, this level of honesty instantly built trust, which is everything when buying a car. After some fair negotiation, the manager approved a solid discount, and we sealed the deal that same day. Since it was Saturday and close to closing (they couldn’t finish the NY inspection), they went the extra mile and loaned me a brand-new Subaru Crosstrek to drive until Monday when my car was ready. Finance manager Yuri Miyakawa handled the paperwork smoothly, got me a great rate, and made everything straightforward. But Chris truly went above and beyond—he guided me through the entire purchase process and even helped set up my first car insurance. The initial quotes were sky-high for a new driver, but Chris personally called the insurance company, advocated on my behalf, and somehow got my rate reduced to half the original quote! That kind of dedication is rare. The whole team—the manager, Yuri, Chris, and the rest of the staff—was genuinely helpful and made me feel valued. I drove home in my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Crosstrek Limited with just 9k miles, at the exact negotiated price, with all documents perfect, a full tank of gas, a fresh car wash, and three free oil changes for the first year. Island Subaru transformed a potentially nightmare first-time buying experience into something positive and memorable. Their transparency, honesty, and outstanding customer service set them apart. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family, and I’ll be back for my next car. Thank you, Island Subaru team—especially Chris for your incredible support throughout! 🚗💯
