Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

R/T Blacktop Edition, had wheels chrome anodized as part of deal. Incredible pep and still I have life-of-car mpg of almost 19mpg! Infotainment system rated as the most intuitive on the market. THAT is true! Approaching 30k miles and so far only in last month one problem. Water pump sprung tiny leak. In 2017 dealers offered LIFETIME warranty for entire drivetrain plus some. YEP! They replaced it and it cost me ZERO. DEALERSHIP that did work told me NEVER sell this car! Someone that has a business bought an entire fleet and have had engines replaced after 500,000 miles! Free! Captains seats and console in second row, sunroof, towing package, BEATS stereo kicks a$$ !!! Air conditioners for front and rear. Plenty of cargo room convertible to (2) more seats if necessary for short trips or smaller people. USB ports and electrical plugs everywhere! Sport Mode, Paddle shifters, tons of goodies. Don’t get one with Auto-Stop though. Dealer said I made the right choice not ordering that. He said people hate it. Mine has the “turn-knob” shifter that was a downer at first. Didn’t think I’d EVER get used to that! But I did and it is so much less of a pain because it is so flat and doesn’t stick up in your way. Plenty of cup-holders, pockets on doors, etc. Car has a wonderful and SOLID feel. No squeaks or rattles at all. Love the options with the dashboard instruments too. Yes. This car will stay with me a VERY LONG TIME.

It took a while to get a deal on my car done, but Matthew was good at getting a higher amount approved. I also drove a 2022 BMW X5 (blue) that I am very interested. Worked with James and we was easy to work with. I will be getting back on the BMW as soon as I can get some funds together.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Just purchased a Tacoma from Earnhardt Toyota. I live in Upstate NY. My salesman Dieter was the best. Most of our communication was done via texting. I had a million questions for Dieter and he would always answer me back without missing a beat. He also was able to make a video of a walk around of the truck and this was very helpful in making my decision in the remote purchase. Earnhardt setup the shipment of the truck to me as well. 2019 GT Plus has 73k miles and haven’t had major issues just brakes and normal wear on the vehicle. Drives great, easy to park and feels like a car not a clunky SUV. Would love it to be larger bc I have 3 kids but other than that it’s great!

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Very roomy and comfortable. 2 teenagers fit in the third row no problem. Smooth ride and good on gas for an SUV. Would highly recommend this vehicle.

Plenty of room and style my 2 youngest children enjoy the 3rd seat. Plenty of room for 2nd row. Small cargo area behind 3rd row. However it is big enough for groceries.

Purchased an F 150 Ford pickup Oct 2021, drove it back to NY a couple days later. A year later now and the truck runs like a top. No problems. Very accomadating staff. A very pleasent and "entertaining" experience. Decent price on the vehicle.
