I live more than four hours away from the dealer. We were able to do the entire deal via email/phone/text. They delivered the van and paperwork to my house. I test drove the van, then finished the paperwork in my dining room. It was a very smooth and low-stress process. Everyone I interfaced with was courteous, professional, and helpful. The van was delivered as promised, and the whole experience was flawless. Also, the price was the best I could find in a 500 mile radius from where I live.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Just got new tires & alignment. All my maintenance is done at this dealership. Great service department! Dustin is very helpful! He goes over cost & repairs before proceeding!

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

After my kid totaled my truck, I needed a new one,,, I went to all the usually 28th street dealers where the sales people are up your backside while you are trying to look at vehicles,,, On my way home frustrated with the process I stopped for lunch and seen Comodo across the street so stopped in,,,, No one came outside and followed my around like a xxxx furniture sales person,,,, Prices were clearly marked on the windows. I went inside to find Enzo sitting at his desk. He greeted me when I came in and asked if I had any questions or would like to take one of the trucks for a drive,,,, Zero Pressure Not only are they super chill the lot is full of only cool, sexy vehicles as they hand pick each used vehicle to make sure the lot has great cars that are fun and reasonably price Skip the stress and shop small town, Family owned and as for Enzo

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

I bought my car from Rob a couple years ago. He listened to what I wanted and helped me get a great car after months of looking. A couple weeks ago I was having trouble with the car and Ford was trying to charge me over $1,000 just to tell me what was wrong with it. I called Rob (which I wish I would have done in the first place) and he not only set me up an appointment but provided me with a loaner car until mine got fixed. The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

Bill Rackley was a big help. He showed me two vehicles that fit the criteria I asked for. With insurance money and loan repayments it was a bumpy ride but Bill helps us through it all!

Service department. They were very very busy when I came in. They were very respectful and helpful, they got me an appointment even though they were out a week or 2. Not their fault they are busy with business. They were very kind and helpful with my issues. They discussed prices before performing anything on my vehicle. Highly recommend. My crystler Pacifica had multiple issues but last straw was after being back in a rental for the 2nd time in a week with young children in August in Florida I was getting really frustrated I took it back for 3rd they promised me it’s good. Next day no air driving to school and sitting in drop off lane They put me in a Durango. My only request was heated seats because I am a retired firefighter paramedic and it helps with spasms. I got the 2015 limited in a stone grey. This compressor stopped working about 5 years. It was fixed and no issues. My back suspension needed to also have a repair. I only have 50,000 miles on it. I use it for trips up north for family or splitting up car xxxxxxwith my ex. I love that it gives me the space of a van but it drives like my older 4 seat cab pickup. I like to be higher than everyone and still is very easy to control and park. I was in an accident right after Covid hit. The other driver took off most of the front 12 of my fender. I was hit hard they had him speeding and going at least 50. 15 over, I have a herniated neck and back from being a firefighter. I was not hurt at all. I did suffer a mild concussion and bruising to the chest from the airbag. By the looks of the Durango it looked like no one survived. So I give it an A+. Not an issue but annoying is the have the ability to change the automatic transmission to manual by touching to silver switches. Which are unfortunately hit by accident more then I care to admit then your pushing the gas and the car will just rev . To turn manual off u need to shut the car down. Makes it very dangerous sitting for a light and u accidentally hit it unknowingly. That needs to go.

I’ve owned my 2015 Durango 3.6 sxt for 8 years. In that 8 years I’ve put nearly 260K miles on it. It’s been my every day driver since the day I purchased it. Redline red, all black interior, 3 rows. Just a basic model. But, to this day, it’s still going strong. At the time of purchase I did get the maxcare lifetime warranty. It was exercised for a couple small things. Back latch switch went dead and wouldn’t open just a switch replacement. No big deal. At 220K nearly on the dot the transmission failed. With the maxcare warranty, I paid 200 dollars for the transmission replacement. That was only a year ago. That has been the only major issue with this vehicle. To be honest, 220K was impressive, since the 46RE transmissions in my 1st Gen Durango went out at 134K and the same transmission in my 00 ram 1500 went out at around the same mileage, I was extremely impressed with with how long this transmission held up. Notably a major improvement in reliability from the old glass transmissions that would break if you even thought about it. The 3.6 pentastar motor has been absolutely amazing. With multiple cross country trips in this vehicle, set to cruise control and eco mode on, I have squeezed 31Mpg out of it on those long long rides from Lake Tahoe California to Meredith New Hampshire. I have maintained it in time every time. Some normal wear and tear items have been replaced which is expected with the mileage I put on this. A wheel bearing, radiator, water pump. (Standard maintenance). The only downfall is that I’ve had to replace the windshield 4 times because it’s a magnet for rocks hitting it. I’m not even someone who tailgates because I always have my children with me and their safety is my priority. Which was the reason I purchased it. The crash test ratings met my standards, where the passenger compartment was the safest in the ratings. Driver side wasn’t as great but still pretty solid. I’d rather my kids and now grandchildren be safe with side impact or rear impact collisions than myself. But, I’ve never had an accident. Knock on wood. Overall, I would say that this is a fantastic midsize suv with excellent fuel economy for it being heavy compared to other vehicles on the market at the time. It’s been extremely comfortable to drive for all of this time. I do not have any tears, i. The seats, arm rests, and headliner. All of the electronic components work just fine still, and the controls are at your fingertips leaving your eyes glued to the road. This vehicle has been really good to me. I’ll keep driving it till it finally quits. And with the amount of miles I’ve put on it, I wouldn’t even be mad if it gave up now considering all of the memories I’ve been able to create with my family because of it’s reliability. From one mom to all the other moms out there looking for a great vehicle, give it a solid test drive, it’s roomy enough, overall it’s just been a wonderful vehicle to own for these last 8 years.
