My experience with Clearwater Toyota was excellent. Sales person very helpful in deciphering add ons, extra care and "explaining" it. It took only a day to find a new car I was searching for. The day they retrieved the M/V from another dealer they did everything with DMV etc and I was driving my new car home that same day.
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
After seeing a Sun Toyota internet ad for a 2018 Acura, I initially shopped a local dealer for their pricing and realized that there was a considerable price difference between the Sun Toyota price and the local dealer. After indicating interest in the vehicle on Sun's internet site, I was immediately contacted by Ben Carriere. After three and a half hour drive to Sun Toyota, I traded my vehicle for the 2018 Acura. Ben Carriere is a consumate professional and a pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were impressed with the level of courtesy that we received. This is the most positive experience in Car Buying that I have ever experienced. I must also say the restaurant inside the dealership is a nice convenience.
Martin was able to work with me to get the exact truck I wanted, down to specific options. The truck had to be brought over from other town making my purchase quick and easy. Martin works with you over the phone even after working hours/days.
Service was outstanding and very timely. Mike Stevens, my advisor, helped me learn a few new things about my new car that I did not know. He was patient, friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I had a very good experience with my first oil change on my new car. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
What an amazing experience. No one pressures you into anything. Pedro helped me every step of the way. I Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car, he will make sure you get everything you want!

First off the people here dont work on commision so that would explain why immediately I felt at rest and had a absolutely zero pressure feeling while I roamed the parking lot. After a couple of minutes I was approached by a by a car lotz "liaison" very kind saleswoman who offered to help me find a vehicle that was within my price range. First feeling inside was a absolute "zero" pressure feeling and the non commission pushy sales people did not exsist. Im happy to say I purchased a almost new vehicle (after having the same car for 19 years) which had the mileage and price I wanted and the price negotiations were painless and quick. I would highly recommend Carlotz as the first and only place to buy a Car and I will definitely be purchasing my 2nd car (because I need another one) from them and I know I will have the same non pressure relaxed feeling experience I had the first time.
