Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

It had everything we wanted. Stow N Go seats, dual air controls, no roof rack. And low miles. Previous owners used it sparingly, maybe as a second car. It runs well.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

I never thought Dodge built the best van of the century ! It was the most convenient in style and capacity I have even seen the only thing missing is the cruise control ! So far it’s my best caravan it’s sophisticated at first cause I am old school from a dinosaur technological disadvantage era but as times goes on owning it for three weeks it gives me and my dog a haven to transportation for all our summer journey together! I love it better than my old Chrysler minivan!

This vehicle has been very good for my wife and myself love the hidden storage compartments. Having only 74000 plus miles on it. It is now getting broken in . However, we got into our car today it would not start. Battery was good. Mechanic I am not. It appears to be a censor. Had to call a tow truck to take my vehicle to a car dealer. Will not know the results until Monday, 13th, 2023

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

This was my first time at a dealership, buying my first car. I had gone to other dealerships, but I didn’t get the best service. Only having the vehicle for a few weeks, I can see this will meet my needs. It drives and handles nicely, and has the ability to carry passengers and cargo depending on the occasion. Predominately it will be a cargo carrier for training supplies, so with the 'Stow-n-Go" seating I have plenty of room to haul my training supplies. For a 6 cylinder, it is also getting very good gas mileage (this is very helpful too)!

They got the car in for its maintenance and recall status. Everything was good, job was completed quickly and properly. The new shop area and waiting room is very nice with places to work while you wait.

I bought it used in September, 2018, and it already had 45,000 miles. Was concerned that it had such high mileage after only 18 months but it's been great. Can haul stuff w/out worrying about weather, then put up seats for family. Am at 120k miles now and no regrets. Still very impressive looking vehicle, too. Will keep this as long as I can.

Brought out 4runner in for an oil change. This was our first visit. Bryan Womack, Service Advisor, greeted me like I've been a customer all along; making me feel very welcome to be there. I came late in the day & scheduled an appt for 0700 the next morning. When I arrived, was able to pull right in @ 0700. Bryan was quick to check me in and explain details. I decided to not wait & go home for a cup of java. Approx 1 hr later, Bryan called & said it was ready. Sebastian w/ service inspected 4runner along with a video. There was only 1 thing up & coming which needed attn in the near future. Oil change completed, great service, friendly and explained everything. We will be back. Thank you for making bringing in my vehicle painless. Thank you for explaining everything from beginning to end. You guys are awesome! Would recommend!

The staff is friendly and the service on my 3500 was excellent. My Service Advisor Madeline kept me informed during the who process. I have used this dealership both Sisk and now White's since 2003 and have had no issues.

My only complaint was the wait. My appointment was 10:30 am. I had to wait almost 40 minutes in my vehicle before I personally got out of my car to complain about the long wait. My rep was Cesar. Finally a few minutes later Cesar appeared and he was very apologetic. This was my second experience with Cesar. That?s why I asked for him again because he was very professional. I highly recommend Cesar.
