I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.

They get you replace the starter, battery , key switch but the car still has it’s days and yet I’m waiting on a recall cause this is frustrating. Look at u tube video or others reviews
Loved the quality of the vehicle I purchased and all my accommodations were met. My experience with Roland as my salesman was refreshing given his ability to understand what I needed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

Very comfortable and fits me perfectly. Love my heated seats and stow-n-go compartments + water cooling compartment. Lumbar support great for my bad back and neck.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Sellers Subaru and especially with Jazlyn's help. It took me about 5 months to finally make a purchase and Jazlyn always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. We have another Subaru dealership closer to us, but we decided to go the extra distance so we could work with Sellers Subaru. Finance manager Kyle was also helpful explaining the additional options available to add to the car. It would have been nice to have known about these additional add-ons such as windshield protection, tire repair, etc. BEFORE the actual signing of the sale. I don't like to make these additional purchases without time to think about them. On a side note they have a great coffee and snack bar!

I have looked at SUVs alot and I have always loved the look of Dodge Journeys. I fell in love with it as soon as I drove it. It drives really smooth and alot of room it. The only thing is there is not alot of room behind the 3rd row seats if they are up.
Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.

This vehicle has everything you want! It comes with heated seats, remote start, and is very spacious! Its my first SUV type of vehicle and I love how it drives! if you are looking for more room for the kiddos or in general I would get this vehicle!
They sale good condition used cars and they have good energy and I purchased to cars from this lot and was satisfied both times my hard earned money was spent good with this lot

Love the look. It's average on comfort. Third row seat is only good if u have small children in car seats. Leg room is none on third row seating. ELECTRICAL problems all day. Key off radio/backup camera battery drain. Same with battery drain for odometer fuse, dome lights; horn randomly honks while driving. Remote start that came stock with car drains battery . Windows mysteriously roll up and down when key out hours after being ran. Had to undo both fuses for horn. I am aware u pay maintenance and things break or go bad. But I've had for 4 years had to replace radiator reservoir, starter, altenator, battery, heater core, water pump, transmission lines are leaking had to buy special tool for dipstick. Does not come stock with vehicle. Gets me from point a to b. But I have no radio. No odometer light to show me miles(still keeps track). No dome lights. So yourself a favor and research a year of car. Multiple owners with multiple problems all over internet. Lemon.....found out the TPSM modules are junk which creates multiple electrical issues. But be careful when purchasing. Have heard great things about 2017 models.

Worst car ever

We got this car back in July. It’s now December. This has been by far the worst vehicle I’ve ever owned. It’s had allllllllll sorts of mechanical problems since I’ve gotten it. The heater core doesn’t work, and it being winter that sucks and it’s not a part covered by my service warranty so it’s expensive to fix. My coolant tank has cracked, and I’m not sure if the cause is from the radiator or something else. Upon joining a Facebook group, I’ve learned most of my problems are common among this particular vehicle so it’s not me, it’s Dodge. I wish I would have waited and gotten what I really wanted instead of settling for this one. Worst decision ever.
Mark Herren has been my salesman for years. He is very easy to deal with. He explains everything in detail. With 3000 down he got us a lease payment of 124 per month!! Thanks Martk!! Keep up the great work. Makes it worth the drive.

Reliable until transmission issues at 91,000 miles. Great leg and head room in the front. Comfortable seats. Third row seating has very limited leg room. Handles well in all weather. Battery change requires removal of front wheel to reach the battery.
When I found this car on the web I didn’t relize at first it was 2 1/2 hours (150 miles) away... I called and talked to Enzo — asked if they deliver and was Leary on purchasing a car unseen. So he FaceTimed me showed me the car inside and out! He worked with me to get the price closer to what I was looking for..Enzo was so easy to work with! We did all the paperwork over the phone and Enzo and Julian delivered it right to our door!! What a great experience-the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!thank you Enzo & Julian for great customer service!!!

My family has owned our 2010 Dodge Journey for 5+ years and this car has been nothing but garage bills. The car just hit 140,000 miles and I payed $2,000 to get it all fixed and inspected. I take it to college and it has still been nothing but issues. I have paid $1,000 more dollars for it STILL to not even start up. Look it up on youtube and you will find that many of these vehicles have maintenance issues where even after getting batteries and starters replaced, a few weeks later the car isn't starting again. These vehicles were just built poorly. Please, for the love of God do not purchase this vehicle. Just don't do it.

I found Certified Motos thru Carfax. I was looking for a van for my niece. My sister wanted to look at other dealers first. We drove from Fenton, to Port Huron. The dealers all lied about the condition of the vans we looked at. I had told my sister to call Ray at Certified Motors...she did not. I called Ray after striking out at top name dealers. It was late Saturday but Ray said he would wait for us to get there. My sister was blown away when she looked at the 2007 Uplander. The interior was like new, The exterior was like new. We took it for a ride and she bought it. The deal was sealed with a hand shake. We picked up the 2007 Uplander Monday.

They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!
This dealership does amazing work! The financing process was made very easy by the nice woman working it. The salesmen (and woman) were all very nice and made finding a car simple. The owner was very kind. Overall a great experience!
