Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Very reliable. Great mpg and overall performance. Interior is comfortable with plenty of storage room. Love this car. I would not hesitate to buy another Journey.

My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. I was really impressed. Thank you to Nick, Mike, Haley and the rest of the team.

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I walked out of there with a car that I really like and that suits my needs. Joseph is an awesome sales person and a definite asset to DriveTime.

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

Liked the personal touch and ease in finding my way around the Subaru sales space. Matt Harteis was thorough, offered detailed explanations, and professional style mixed with personal touch. I called this dealership regarding a used car they had listed on the Car.com website. I was looking at this car for my son. I spoke with Luke Varner and he informed me that someone had put a deposit on the car to see if they could get a loan and that if the deal fell through, he would call me back. I really did not expect to hear back from Mr. Varner; but he did call me back and let me know the other individual couldn't get a loan to buy the car and if I was still interested to call him and he would answer any questions that I might have regarding the car. Unfortunately, at that point in time my son had already purchased another vehicle. However, I do appreciate that fact that Mr. Varner called me back and was very polite and courteous. I would recommend Varner Car Sales based on the customer service I received from the dealership; however I cannot vouch for the reliability of their cars based on the fact that I did not purchase a vehicle.
