Dropped off my 2018 Sonata cause the check engine light came on. A few days later got a text saying i needed a Engine Wire Harness + other items but totaling over 4k$. So i call to see if it was under warranty. They call the warranty people and say they will get back to me on Friday 1/19/2024. Friday they call and let me know car is ready to be picked up. I only paid 100+$ for oil change works package. Turns out the tech mixed up cars can you believe it? Just happy i dont got to pay a fortune to have it fixed.

Learned about a recall on my 2023 Ram 1500 thru the mail. An hour later, I visited Autonation CDRJ & was assisted by Firas. Firas was able to get my vehicle checked while I waited in their break area drinking a cup of coffee. Service was fast, friendly & comfortable.

Dan Cummins Chevrolet Buick of Paris review
I can't say enough good things about the dealership or my salesman Mick. I was treated like a friend the moment I stepped through the door. Mick stuck with me to find a car, even after the other I looked at weren't right, for me. He even did his thing to make sure the payments were where I could afford them. I definitely will be recommending this dealership and Mick to everyone.
2018 Dodge Journey review
My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

Hawthorne Motors ExpressReviews
Hawthorne Motors Express review
I had an amazing experience at Hawthorne Motors Express! I bought my Lexus from them, and they had the lowest-mileage one I could find anywhere at a great price. They really worked with me despite my bad credit and made the whole process much easier than I expected. Sara was beyond helpful with all of the paperwork and made everything simple and stress-free. They even connected me with an insurance agent who was able to get me insured when several other companies had turned me down. Mike took me on the test drive and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and never made me feel pressured. The entire team was friendly, honest, and genuinely wanted to help me get into the right car. Overall, this was a true 5-star experience. I would give them more stars if I could! I highly recommend Hawthorne Motors Express to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, great prices, and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Make sure to ask for Sara she is awesome

CarMax MurfreesboroReviews
CarMax Murfreesboro review
I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough great things about Kay Williams at Dodge Jeep Ram of Stonecrest! From day one, she has provided truly exceptional customer service. What stands out the most is how much she genuinely cares about her customers. There’s never any pressure—just honest guidance and support. I purchased my car from her about a year and a half ago, and she has continued to go above and beyond ever since. She periodically checks in to see how I’m doing and how my car is holding up, and she always keeps me informed about great sales and helpful maintenance tips. Recently, I reached out to her about possibly trading in my husband’s car, and she immediately jumped into action. She helped him secure an amazing deal and took the time to walk us through everything multiple times. At no point did we feel rushed—her main priority was making sure my husband felt completely comfortable with his decision. Kay is knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to her clients. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, she is the one. Thank you, Kay! 💙

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

Northstate Auto Brokers review
I've gotten a few vehicles from this lot over the years and my expirence has always been amazing! They have a low/no pressure sales style that I love. They didn't hound me or follow me around but were very helpful when I did want assistance. My van was a great buy and they've helped me in so many ways! I appreciated all the extra work they put in.
