Used 2018 Dodge Journey for sale near Longview, TX

This was the upmost easiest, stress free experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!! Danni & Austin were phenomenal!! My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. Once I arrived and sat down with Melissa Cole, I knew I was purchasing a new car that day, which I did. I bought the 2024 Tiguan and she took the time to show me the features of the car and even set some things up while I was finishing my paperwork with Harrison Faecher, who made sure I understood all of the numbers before signing. I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!
