Erik Brown was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He showed us what we first asked about but he listened to our comments / wants and showed us a vehicle that fit us and we ultimately purchased. He showed us the different features of the vehicle and assisted us in setting up items we weren't familiar with. Gary(used car sales) and Dan (financing) were also extremely helpful & friendly. Gary worked with us to come to terms we were satisfied with and Dan provided options (one that I chose) to provide better future service. The only reason I didn't rate the Buying Process as excellent was because your computer system was up & down and it took 2.5 hours to get the paperwork completed.
I have been a long time customer back to the days of Jack Yarber. Picked up screw in tire on my Mercury suv and slowly losing air. Since I purchase these tires here, (Arrival time 7:50), I thought I would get in and out before further damage to the tire in question. Service "advisor?" said he had several oil changes and others ahead of me and could'nt get to it for about 3 hours. So much for customer service. Loyalty here is a one way street.
Bubba Stockton was courteous, friendly and very helpful in getting me acquainted with this vehicle. I had met him in the past, but had never gotten acquainted with him. His knowledge and helpfulness were evident, as well as his concern for customer satisfaction.
Came from Knoxville TN to purchase truck I saw on cars.com my salesman was Sam Hughes and he was very helpful in getting everything set up so when we came to pick the truck up everything was ready and he even took care of getting the windows tinted for me. Would definitely purchase from them again.
My experience at Bramlett was awesome. I was told by a friend to ask for a certain salesman Hardin Namie. He was so helpful and really took the time to explain how things worked in my new car, which I appreciated so much. Hardin you earned this salewith your knowledge and patience, you get an A++. I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased from Landers McLarty with the help of Joe Johnson. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was happy and that I had a great experience at this dealership. I really appreciate everything Joe did and all the help he gave and provided to me.
This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I am now a loyal Altima owner. DJ made this experience smooth and very pleasant. Gone is the hard sell and in its place is a respect for the customer and a sincere effort to find the customer exactly what they are looking for. I came in knowing exactly what I was looking for and DJ was able to provide me with reasonable options and an extensive knowledge of the product line. He was diligent and went out of his way to ensure we had a satisfying purchase experience. Sylvester in Finance was terrific as well - pleasant and ensured that we got the best financing option available to him.
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
Originally we were supposed to be buying from someone else but she left. We got "transferred" to Robert Shrier! I was super happy with his knowledge of the vehicle and his happy and welcoming demeanor. Great salesman. Thank you for everything! :)
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
