Doug was a great salesman. He did not try to over sell the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions . when I made an offer, he took it to the manager and we came to an agreement. The whole deal was very quick with no issues. The car is what I expected. I would recommend this salesperson to anyone I knew was looking for a good used car.
I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.
From the show room to the service department to the body shop this dealership is the best I’ve ever had the privilege to patronize. The entire staff in this dealership is by far the best group of people I have ever encountered.

When I found this car on the web I didn’t relize at first it was 2 1/2 hours (150 miles) away... I called and talked to Enzo — asked if they deliver and was Leary on purchasing a car unseen. So he FaceTimed me showed me the car inside and out! He worked with me to get the price closer to what I was looking for..Enzo was so easy to work with! We did all the paperwork over the phone and Enzo and Julian delivered it right to our door!! I broght in my 2015 200 for repair and then i decided to buy a new car. They had no problem helping me even with my car in their shop up on a hoist. After three hours i walked out with a 2018 dodge charger. This is the fifth car my family has bought from Dick Scott and we will be back when we need a new.

I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
From the moment I contacted this dealership, Allen was especially attentive and was very thorough every step of the way. He gave me his undivided attention and explained every scenario before I purchased. Very transparent transaction. Went through all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable.
Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.
My experience with Mike Bishop was awesome. After being turned down at 3 places , I was recommended to see him . He got me the SUV I wanted the same day . I’m trying to contact him for 5 other family members that wants new vehicles. When I called for him , I was told he no longer works there . Mike is the best salesman I ever had . After getting my car , out of his own pocket, he treated me and my family to dinner as a token of his appreciation for our business. I trust Mike Bishop and only him , not saying that no one else there is bad .... but Mike worked with me and my so so credit and got me what I wanted .
