I bought this truck brand NEW, I now have 362,000 miles on her and she is still running great. My only repairs were a shaft in the transfer case and new bushings in the rear suspension. . I am planning on replacing the front struts and I am thinking about 3/4 ton leaf springs. Why ? Because the truck is used as a truck not a family sedan. 2014 eco diesel Laramie longhorn 4x4. Best truck I’ve ever owned by far! The interior is awesome and huge! The toolboxes are incredibly useful. The seats are heated and cooled, as well as the steering wheel! It’s just an awesome truck!!

The only thing is I wish when I got my 2024 Buck Envista they would have told me to wait until 2025 or 2026 to get that car because they added so much more to the model that I have and that really sucks.

I got this truck with the 5.7L when I got my license with 220,000 miles on it drove it for a years and got it to 280,000 miles before selling it. And I gotta say, I really miss this truck, never broke down on me, took a few trips to Cali and back from AZ and did amazingly. Only major repairs were the crank shaft positioning sensor which gave out around 270,000 and the fuel pump which went out around 250,000. I would highly recommend this truck. I’m looking to get another one myself

I don't usually do reviews but in this case, I feel I need to. My son and I went to Cars4U looking for a car for his son. I’ve had this truck for about half a year now and so far no issues, the rust can be kind of a xxxxx, And it likes to gobble fuel I do not recommend letting this truck sitting idle, not good for the cams Overall it’s very comfortable it drives like a ghost, I will buy dodge for the rest of my life

Great truck had several accidents in it worse was at 60 -70 on hiway i hit the concrete devider. Only bent bumper in a lil. I had to pull out the bump a lil so wheel wouldnt rub. Still drive like a champ.

Bought 2006 Ram SLT 4x4. Still own it. 246k miles. Standard maintenance, shocks, struts, power steering pump. Little rust required. Truck is more than most can expect. I wanted a truck that would last and give good service.

I have put over 100,000 miles since 2009 and have hauled furniture, firewood, sod and taken trips to Houston and Mississippi with no problems. The bed is large enough to carry couches or other large items. With the liner, firewood or stones don't effect the bed.

What a fantastic truck. This truck just does everything right . Mine is a 5.7 Hemi that sounds incredible. Power is very good, although not as strong or fast as my 2014 5.0 F150. Roomy and comfortable and smooth as silk on the road. However since the 5.7 hemi screams with testosterone building induction and exhaust noise, it's loud. If you don't like a powerful sounding vehicles look elsewhere. Otherwise go find one and buy it !!!! i

I bought this 1998 ram 1500 ext cab 4 years ago from a neighbor because he could not keep it running. Paid 500.00 before even opening the hood. ? I've always been a back yard wrenger, check the abveois, I tightened both battery post clamps and it's ran great ever since besides the few regular maintenance issues. Heater sucks especially if you live in ND as I do, today's temp -18 w/wind-chill.
