We've purchased a couple of cars through Dan and we'll seek him out again for our next purchase. Dan is straightforward and informative, never pushy and always willing to help. Dan has always worked with us (and Elmer; and the Service Department) to make sure we were happy and that we get whatever we needed to make things go easy. If you stop by the dealership, look for Dan and his wry smile... you get the best that Liberty Auto City has to offer.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.

Came in to see a Lancer Evolution and was told if I was serious about purchasing the vehicle I should put down a reserve and then go to the bank and get a loan. It took me a week to get a loan and was contacted several times during and asked how the loan was going because they kept on getting calls about the vehicle. I was told afterwards if I had not put a reserve down on the vehicle someone would have definitely bought it, if you come and see a vehicle at this location that you are serious about buying I would 100% put a reserve down before getting a loan because these people are trustworthy.
Kumar and his whole team is amazing and super knowledgeable about the cars they sell. You wont fell like a customer here, its more like a family. Kumar is very honest and upfront. Their cars are immaculate and all well serviced. I purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee after looking at a few similar ones at other dealers. This one by far the cleanest and well maintained. I am very happy with my purchase and whole experience at this dealership. I would highly highly recommend you visit here before anywhere else.
I got a great deal on my 2014 Evo! Their Evo was literally the cleanest and the nicest one in the market. I had nearly looked at every available evo in the market over the past few weeks. Theirs by far the cleanest and well serviced. They told me about the new brakes, rotors, tires and everything they had done to it before selling it. Seems like they are one of very few dealers out there that actually spend money on servicing their inventory. All the ones I saw I found multiple things that were wrong or needed servicing. This one couldn’t find a single thing wrong besides small blemishes here and there. It’s been a few weeks since I purchased this car and I could not be happier. My friend is looking for a similar car and CRS is his first choice. If you want a quality car don’t waste your time elsewhere all their inventory is super nice and they genuinely care about their customers instead of trying to pull a quick one over you.
My salesman Erik Cardoso was very informative about the history of the vehicle and was very fair in negotiations of my trade in vehicle also. Would recommend Erik to my friends who are looking for a vehicle.
Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. Great business, great people, highly recommend Don but you better be ready to hear the truth bc he's a straight shooter.

Everybody was very friendly! I drove 45 minutes to come to this dealer because it was the only one within 50 miles that has exactly what I was looking for. I spent quite a bit of time at the dealer but that was because it was a Saturday morning and banks were working very slowly. They did whatever they could to make sure I went home with the car I came to look at! They even hand washed it for me before everything was finalized! Great service, would recommend!
