I scheduled a transmission drain-and-fill for my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid on very short notice and arrived on 2/11/26 at 8:55 AM. The service was completed promptly by 10:30 AM—about 1 hour and 35 minutes. The invoice initially showed $440+, but the advertised $179.95 special was applied, resulting in a final charge of $179.95 plus tax (~$197 total). During the appointment, I explained that I was doing preventive maintenance at relatively low mileage (35k) to ensure the transmission lasts after warranty expiration. I greatly appreciate that Service Director Kevin Tranter and the dealership went the extra mile to honor the advertised price and make me feel valued as a customer. The service advisor, Lillian, also acknowledged that the 2018 Pacifica Hybrid does not require removing the transmission pan and that the filter is not replaceable unless the transmission is removed—correcting the prior misunderstanding that led to inflated initial pricing. While my original concerns about advertising inconsistencies and staff familiarity with model-specific procedures remain valid, I want other customers to know that the dealership truly made an effort to rectify the situation. I would certainly return for future advertised promotions, knowing they will honor the price and provide proper service. Keeping in mind this is a 1 ton rated truck wich means it will be a little rougher ride due to heavy duty suspension. This truck has all the power I need sporting the 6cyl 6.7 Cummins, also the cab is very spacious as a crew cab.

I have owned this vehicle since day 1. It's primary purpose was to haul our #5000 slide in camper. It has done the job well and given us many carefree miles with trips down and up the west coast and clear across the country to our new home. Did have to upgrade the automatic transmission after a trip down Hwy 1 PCH. Too many hairpin turns hauling very heavy. Otherwise just normal maintenance.

The crew cab is smaller than today's crew cabs, but the power is there to get the job done. The interior and exterior styling is ok. Everything is under the hood. The 6.7L Cummins is a beast and tows like a dream.
