Great Sales & Service - very professional response

Let me begin with an apology for the length of these comments. Please know that each word was earned, not coerced! I usually don’t complete consumer surveys as they seem to be presumptuous, reactionary and boring. What changed my mind on this occasion? A dealership that stands behind the words they speak!
We had searched the internet for hours to find a simple, smaller 2WD pickup without all the bells and whistles, yet one with low mileage that would operate effectively for years to come. The list of available vehicles was not long in our neck of the woods but one was found at Arrottas AutoMax.
Traveling to North Spokane from Post Falls, Id was not ideal but we called and set up an appointment the next day. Meeting Joe was delightful and he interspersed answers to ALL my questions with candid responses and humor. He didn’t hesitate to provide vehicle history information and even introduced us to Tyler the owner. Both my wife and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. There were comments made that they would “take care of us” as customers throughout the process. I heard the words but had been there before.
The pickup itself had some dings - not a problem for a work vehicle from my perspective and not normally seen on a car lot – but perhaps it might work toward a lower price. They didn’t insist on participating on the test drive but showed trust, I liked it. I am not a mechanic so asked if my mechanic would be able to provide an inspection. Again receptive to our needs, an agreement was made. A lower price was offered and agreed upon should my mechanic give a thumbs up. No haggling back and forth. I liked that a lot.
My mechanic found some needed repairs that are not normally noticed on a cursory inspection. I was not thrilled to call Joe with the news. Documentation was provided and a call received from the service folks that they wanted to check things out themselves. Our thinking was that the pickup would be taken back to Arrottas and our search would continue. The repairs were not simple or inexpensive. Their response was extraordinary.
Not only did they validate the problems noted, but we were extremely impressed that they felt it was important that they repair them. Could it be that they really did want to “Take care of us”? They further showed their character when informing us that they would cover the costs. Did I mention that I was impressed? A car dealership that makes claims that they stand behind is rare these days. We thank God for the blessings we received at Arrottas AutoMax and would not be hesitant to encourage others to visit them for a wonderful vehicle buying experience.

Salesman Brian Trask was a great help in buying a rare car from out of state. All emails and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Great customer service, would highly recommend Brian and the Romain team.
For a first time buyer I had a excellent experience at Hendricks l, they helped me get in my new 2019 Ram 1500, everybody was helpful from walking in at the dealership to signing the papers to close the deal I would defiantly recommend this to everybody I know.
Pick your vehicle, fill out the credit app online for approval in minutes. I was in and out in no time, the quickest financing at any dealership I have ever been to! Great service! Great prices! Great vehicles!
I had been to another local car lot trying to get a car. My credit was far from perfect and I was on a tight budget. I couldn’t seem to find anything that fit in my price range and felt like I wasn’t getting worked with at all. I came here to Kearney Motorsports and it was amazing how different my experience was. They had so many vehicles that was thousands cheaper and lower miles than what I had been looking at elsewhere. They worked with me until they found me in exactly what I wanted and my what fit my budget. I was so impressed. After being so discouraged thinking I wasn’t going to be able to afford a newer car it made me so happy driving out of there in a nice new car. It had low miles and fit my budget and I was treated so wonderfully by everyone there. Definitely recommend this place!!!

In November 2018, I purchased a 2003 Saturn Ion 2 with 26,000+ miles after it showed up on Cars.Com. I worked out the details with Matt over the telephone and flew from Boise, Idaho to BWI, where Ronny picked me up and took me to the dealership. I was treated exceptionally well and drove 3,000 trouble-free miles back to Idaho.
Got referred in by a friend who had purchased a car from the group at Midwest. I was looking at an Enclave and I was able to take it overnight to test drive and make sure it was the one. Came back the next day and bought it with an easy process. Thanks again!
Today, I made the purchase of a lifetime and ended up in a vehicle that I never thought was possible for me to own at this time in life. Travis was an exceptional salesperson who took the time to work out a deal with me and make things work out for the better. He truly made me feel good about the vehicle and the deal I was getting and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back in the future to make purchases from there. Tim and Jim are the ideal sales team. Very helpful and patient without being pushy or hard sell. They let the product sell itself while offering information and details as needed.
