While waiting for my annual inspection, I was approached by a salesman who asked if I wanted to trade up and then worked patiently and with infectious enthusiasm to get me to a deal I could accept without pressure.
They people at St J Subaru were very nice and knowledgeable about what they sell for cars. Sam is the young man that took care of us and helped us find the right Subaru that fit our budget and what we were looking for. Had a very nice experience and I would recommend them too anyone looking for a car.
I came to the dealership looking to trade two cars to buy one. They were able to find the perfect car for me, a 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales process was easy. Signing the paperwork was straightforward. However, I was told by the my sales person that she knew who traded in the car so that she would probably be able to get me a second key. After a week of waiting for the key to show up, I find out that there isn???t a second key and that I have to buy my own remote key for my vehicle. I think that they should have paid the money and provided me A second key. Now I have to pay for it out of my own pocket. It leaves a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. So going forward, if you are planning to buy a car from them, be sure to write down everything that you expect them to provide you, especially if it is a used car. Tell them you want two sets of keys, otherwise you may end up having to pay for it yourself.
We were very pleased with our shopping and buying experience. What we liked most was that we were never pressured by any salesmen or other staff. We did our own research and made our decision to buy, on our timeline without ever being pushed for a sale. Our salesman was available when we needed him, he was very courteous and respectful to us, and he was very responsive in finding the answers to each question that we asked. The entire experience was relaxing and free of the hassles and pressure that are frequently associated with car-shopping.
What a great experiance. There was no pressure but they were right there and very helpful. The cars on thier lot were all in great condition and it looks like they take care not to offer lemons. They were very knowledgable and gave me top dollar for my trade. Thier cars are priced right the one I bought $1500 below book value. I am definatly going back to them when it is time to purchase another vehical they have my full trust. And I have bought a lot of cars in my time.
