When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! 2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

Replaced the damper had the jeep wobble going on. The dealership did exactly what they said when they said. It corrected the problem! Happy customer.

We bought this car brand new. One thing I don’t like is it has no spare tire, just an air pump. We don’t drive a lot. We have owned our car a little over two years and we have 5322 miles on it. Since we have had it the AC Compressor locked up, under warranty, replaced with new belt, then a front axle had to be replaced because the metal ring was put above the rubber boot, under warranty, the most recent our battery was dead, very cold winter, and a power steering module was draining the battery, under warranty. There is a recall on the computer screen, we never had an issue with it , but that was replaced. When we purchased this car we paid a good amount to have an extended warranty for 6-7 years after the Chrysler one is done. May be a good thing we purchased that. Everything is covered on this car, with the exception of maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, etc…. We love the car, handles nice, does well in the snow, and it looks good!!!! We have no worries, we have the warranty for the next several years. The Chrysler dealer we take it to are very nice, competent, polite fellows. I’m sure all makes and models Chevy’s, Ford’s, etc…all have manufacturing issues. Like I said this car handles nice, and looks good. I read in Italy they have Hornets as police cars. So we will give it a 4 star out of 5. Happy Motoring Folk’s!!!!!

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

I had spoke with him over the phone regarding the vehicle I was interested in and he had it ready to test drive when I got there. Afterwards we met up to discuss the vehicle and he answered all my questions and was very understanding. My visit quick and to the point. I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking
