Kia sent me a letter stating that my optima is qualified to get an anti theft software upgrade and an anti theft ignition replacement too. i called and got scheduled the very same week. it only took a couple hours and they gave me a free shuttle ride to work too so i didn't miss a day of work. Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

We bought a 2023 Tahoe with about 9,000 miles on it. The dealership was honest and trustworthy, they made a promise and kept their word!!! I would and will use them again and encourage all my friends and family to do the same!!!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Brought a Kia Soul for oil change + inspection. Easy online appointment process. Text reminders for appt. Prompt, courteous service. Fair price for the job done. Very nice, spacious customer lounge. But the customer WiFi is terrible & Verizon coverage is 1 bar in there so I couldn’t get any work done.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

The sales rep Natasha made my experience very smooth and awesome customer service. She had a lot of knowledge of the vehicles available for me. Sometimes a big buy like this can be scary but I was ready. She just made those options smooth and simple to understand . Awesome experience!! Thank you.
