Phat's Auto GroupReviews
Phat's Auto Group review
Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!

Phat's Auto Group review
I spoke to Phat on the phone. Everything he told me was true. The person who helped me when I came in was courteous and knowledgeable about the truck. He gave me the key and let me drive it. I didn’t realize how much larger the Tundra is over a Tacoma. I didn’t buy because I like a smaller truck. My helper understood and did not try to pressure me. I would recommend Phat’s to anyone looking for a used car or truck.

Alfa 1 Auto review
Alpha 1 Auto is amazing! They have a great selection of high quality cars. I was most impressed by the customer service. Steve (the owner) was very kind and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. He was honest and gave me an incredibly fair price! The process was very easy and I never felt any kind of pressure in anyway. I highly recommend you buy your car from Alfa 1 Auto. You won’t regret it!

Sutherlin Subaru Huntington Beach review
Got my first scheduled service for my new car the team there is exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond from small little details like when rotating my tires they cleaned my Brembo brake calibers completely when they mounted my wheels back on they lined up all of my tire lettering so they matched on both sides small details like that, show me that their service team truly cares about the customers cars and the experience they have being serviced there . I was in and out in less than an hour. They scheduled my next service for the end of this year.

D&H Auto was awesome! It’s a father-and-son business, and I have never met salespeople who were so trustworthy, kind, and upfront. They gave me every bit of information I needed—no hidden fees, no surprises. I ended up with a great Subaru that I’m totally happy with. They even went the extra mile and connected me with someone they know who does affordable repairs. The whole experience was easy, honest, and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

Richard was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with questions I had regarding the many beautiful luxury sedans I had been inquiring about. He went above and beyond with his time, was very respectful and easy to talk to. For that I'm giving HIM 5 stars! He made us feel like family. It was an overall positive experience with him. Kudos to you Richard, you have a fantastic personality! :)
