My car buying experience at Trent Cadillac in New Bern was such an outstanding experience! Specially, Mike P, was my sales rep, he has the make and model of the vehicle I was interested all ready to go for a test drive! He took the time to get to know me and my story prior to just jumping into the car buying process! The team was so respectful of my wishes and requests when it came to financing. We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new car at Trent GMC. We were coming from out of town, and they truly went above and beyond — even picking us up at the airport, which we greatly appreciated. Mike Pecha was outstanding from beginning to end. I brought my 2022 Elantra to this dealership for a tire repair. Unfortunately I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire. Not a huge big deal but, after the tire repair it would’ve been nice for the tech to clean all the pasty lubricant off the tire and rim after installation, and most of all it would have been nice when they put the spare back in the trunk to put the cover and Matt back in place. Am I expecting too much? This Is a 10 to 15 second task to put the covers on. I just think it is common courtesy, it’s what I would do. Other than that the staff in the service department was good.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Mike Pecha, was a great resource for our purchase. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle systems and very accommodating to work with.

Great car and EV. Good range, easy charging, very comfortable ride. Good acceleration, magazines and FB talk about the acceleration of other EVs, meh. The Lyriq accelerates up to speed just fine. Cruise and driver panel works well.

They did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helping to make it happen. I’m leaving a happy customer!

Inquired about clarification of details. Was contacted quickly and able to get the info I needed. Turned out to not be the car. I was searching for but no complaints with interactions with sales people.

Due to miscommunication on both parties, the wrong tires were installed. The service manager had them order the correct ones with no additional service charges.

I brought my Cadillac ATS in for service and Drew has been incredible the whole time having our vehicle he has gone above and beyond to make sure the vehicle came back 100% resolved and also made sure that the warrenty company covered for the Transmission I am very pleased with everyone that works there all are very friendly and know what to do

As a driver of many vehicles, I can honestly say that this is the most fun car that I have ever driven. The ride is great, and the handling is too thanks to the low center of gravity and battery placement. It also has just about every safety feature that you can think of. With the large 17.5" display and the many adjustments you can make, it's almost like driving the space shuttle! I also love driving by the gas station and never having to stop there again. I just plug it in at night and I am ready to go the next day for almost 300 miles! Ans best of all, it's a Chevy so I know I can always find a dealer no matter where I travel.

Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.
