Went to the dealership fully expecting the "typical" experience. I could not have been more wrong. My wife and I were very upfront with the salesperson, telling him that we were just there to look at the vehicle, and were not in a position to purchase at this time due to a real estate transaction we have pending. Instead of tossing us aside, as we expected to happen, the salesperson answered all of our questions, and took the time to walk us through the car we went to look at.
If anyone is looking for a dealer who actually cares about what the customer says, I would HIGHLY recommend Almartin Volvo. Their people LISTEN to what you say, and make sure any information you may need, you have before leaving. Great store, great experience. We WILL be back.
I am so happy with the service we received from Heritage Toyota. Our salesman Marc was so thorough in explaining all the feaures of the vehicle we purchased. He explained all the different prices with each model helping me decide which vehicle was right for us. He explained the different fees so there were no surprises at the time of delivery. He coordinated installation request with Randy in the detail department, with a tight deadline they did a great job in completing on time. Kudos to Ryan for managing such a great team!!!

Eleni Floyd is just so incredible. I was quoted a price for 4 snow tires over the phone when I made my appointment but when I received the final bill, it was much more than I was told. You honored the price I was quoted. What more can I ask for. Took my car in to have snow tires mounted on the snowiest day so far this year -- still got good service within the time estimated, a systems check which resulted in a parking light bulb being replaced but not until they called to see if I wanted it done, and a reasonable price. Oh, yes, and a timely ride to work and back at my convenience.
I recently moved to Vermont with my convertible and had to sell my car and buy I new one before the snow started. I walked into this dealership knowing I wanted a Toyota but not much more. Alex greeted me at the door and we went over my situation. Looked at both the Rav-4 and Corolla and went home to think about it. Felt absolutely no pressure from Alex to make a decision but he was always there when I had a question (even after buying the car!). 10/10 would recommend you buy from him!
I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere! Art at Freedom Nissan is absolutly amazing. I was at my wits end being turn down, told in order to get into a car I would need $3,000 down. Art contacted me just as I was about to give up. I ALMOST decided not to show up to my appointment. I thought why bother, that I was just wasting hours of my time to be told sorry but we can't help you. Art asked for 45 minutes of time and in that time he would let me know if he could help me. I sat down with thinking why am I even here he's going to see my credit and laugh at me when I walked put the door. I was WRONG. I was told there would be no surprises on how much I would need if anything at all down. With in 30 minutes I was told he could help me, with in 1 hour we had a car picked out. With in 2 hours I was signing my paperwork. The car we picked needed a inspection and when they went to do the inspection they found the back brakes needed to be replaced. Art did this at no cost to me. He means what he says. No surprises. He keeps his word which is important to me. 3.5 hours later I was on my home. Art made me feel like any other customer with great credit. So, now I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue in my driveway because of Art. My advice skip the other dealerships and go straight to Freedom Nissan weather you have good to bad credit. The customer service is worth it.

First off let me start this by saying Art Lucia is the man!! I had been looking to get a new car and had been denied by 3 different car lots. I talked to art once on the phone and he asked me to come in and give him 45 mins of my time. Once I went in it ended up taking a little longer than we imagined but all in all we got there!! Highly recommend art and freedom nissan. Anyone who has questionable or troubled credit should check out freedom nissan and art specifically. Amazing guy and amazing dealership!!!
This was my first time purchasing a new car, and I am almost certain that I will forever go through Kia Berlin City, and I will also be using Phil ( the man who sold me my car). They are efficient and truly try to get you into a car that suits you and your needs, at a reasonable price!
This was just supposed to be a service appointment for our 2015 Kia Soul. I had received a few emails about the great deals on new cars and how combined with what I could get for my used Kia that I could be driving a new car for less. So out of curiosity I started checking out the new 2017 models online. I was impressed with many of the the new improvements I read about, safety being the primary one. So I decided while there I would take a look at the new Kia Souls. It was something to pass the time while I waited for our car to be serviced. In October 2015 we traded in our 2013 Kia Soul on a new one at Berlin City and the buying experience was the best I ever had purchasing a car. (Read my review on that from (October 31, 2015). We live 2 hours from the dealership but it is the only place I go for any service regardless of how big or small it may be. I know it sounds crazy to most people to drive 90 minuets both ways for just regular car maintenance but I have several reasons. There are 2 types of employees at Berlin City, the ones that treat you like royalty and the ones that treat you like family. No matter which you deal with, you look forward to the visit and leave feeling good about yourself. Over the last 2 years I have dealt with a fantastic Service Team on several different types of service. Ryan Maxwell and Austin Hemingway have always been great to deal with. They accommodate my scheduling needs and get me in and out of the dealership as quickly and painlessly as possible. They are very knowledgeable in their work and trust worthy about the vehicle needs That is why I keep making the long trip. Eric Smith the Servise Manager should be proud of these employees. We were going to wait another 2 or 3 years to get our next Kia Soul and as I said this was just supposed to be a scheduled service appointment. The first thing that started to change that to buying a new car was when I arrived. I was lucky and found a parking space not far from the entrance, however I am 65 and use a cane. I noticed a salesman saw me getting out of the car and started sprinting across the showroom to hold the door open for me. After welcoming me to the dealership he rushed back into the room to work with customers he already had. This nice gesture was much appreciated and gave Yousif Yousif an A+ in my book. After dropping off my keys at service and a little chit chat with the guys I went to find Yousif. The couples he had been working with were now in Finance so we went to look at the new 2017 Kias. The only Caribbean Blue (the only color we would want) had just been sold. We still looked at some and Yousif was very knowledgeable about the improvements. We took one for a test drive and by the time we got back Yousif could have sold me right on the spot if it had been Caribbean Blue. He took me to see Dedrick Casab to see if one could be found. After a lot of work Dedrick found a 2018 they would have to bring in from out of state.. I had specific things I wanted and a specific monthly payment but most importantly I did not want to put out any money. Yousif and I worked on numbers and Dedrick and I worked on the accessories that I wanted. Remote start and heated seats would have to be added after the car got here but we worked it all out. Yousif and Dedrick were great to deal with. Two more employees Berlin City should be happy to have. The final step in the process was with the Finance Manager Todd Maynard who helped Dedrick get the numbers where I wanted. He kept checking to make sure I had all the features I wanted or that the service team was going to install them later. Todd helped me with all the paperwork, making sure I was getting all I had asked for. All the people at Berlin City Kia were great to deal with and it is the only dealership I will ever use for service or buying a new car..
