My interactions with her felt genuine and without pressure. She did everything to make sure ALL of my questions/concerns about the vehicle were answered, and went out of her way several times to get additional information for me (E.G. DME report, underbody photos, etc.), leaving no stone unturned. Overall the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a dealership (and I've dealt with a fair number). Thank you so much Zoe! Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. I HAD TO PAY $2000.00. WROTE TO CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PART AND INSTALLATION. ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF PART AS WELL.
