The team took the time to answer all of my questions on multiple visits and walked me through everything from start to finish. I even meet the service team who also took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, I have never in the 28 plus years of buying cars had such a pleasant experience. The inventory is vast and so finding my dream car was tough to narrow down but I ended up leaving with exactly what I was looking for. I never take the time out to write a review but this just has to be said! I have been buying exotic cars for quite some time and can honestly say that my experience at Wide World Ferrari was surreal! I had bought a California from another Ferrari dealer (first mistake) and it wasnt for me. I saw a Ferrari 458 listed on thier website and contacted them. With the very first email from my salesperson Sarah Savona, I experienced nothing but the utmost professionalism! It was a breath of fresh air to have someone assisiting me that knew as much (Well, maybe a little more!) about the car as I did! She helped me trade my car in for a used 458 that was in stock and then helped me place an order for a new one. She was instrumental in my order process, while I was ordering options like a crazed lotto winner she helped tone me down so I got what options I needed and saved me a ton of money I would have thrown away. Her goal was to help me get a car with the right options that I would be able to trade back in with as little loss as possible. I can not imagine buying a car elsewhere and never will again. She made my car buying experience a painless and stress free process, now If I could only buy all my car marques through her it would be heaven on earth!

Brought my Maserati in to get looked at for some leaking from the engine. Randy was very upfront and even warned me about the extended warranty package I purchased from another dealer. Excellent service from their team. While I didn’t get the work done there, they have my upmost respect for keeping customers informed and no xx.

My experience with Jake's Motors was beyond exceptional in every way. Mike Pedace was there for me every step of the way. The whole sale went as smoothly as possible. Mike was there for me even on a Friday night when the transportation company who were an hour away threw a wench into everything which might have greatly delayed my getting the Jaguar delivered. He could not have been any quicker in responding and contacting his office manager to contact the transportation company and get everything worked out in less than 30 minutes. I live about 750 miles from the dealership in another state and there was an issue with a repair that kept me from getting my emissions passed. Knowing I could not drive the car back to them, they immediately took care of the repair for me quickly. Mike a and his dealership definitely stand behind their words.
