My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

I love the feel of the front engine California Ferrari, very comfortable, plenty of power, great handling, and a great benefit low maintenance. The hardtop convertible is a very cool feature. Love this car

2015 Ferrari California review
looks great and drives insanely nice. never under estimate the California turbo, as it is as quick as many. in fact it is an exotic race car, although, wife drove it mildly mostly to the market and back. :) for the money, it is a great value if you look up the upper end Mercedes AMG, and few other mass production cars, that do exceed the 200k mark these days. At that price level: get a Ferrari for sure.

His team did an unbelievable job. So impressive that one would have difficulty telling it had a film installed. Sebastian has always been the consummate professional throughout the years I've been bring my cars in for service. This time was no exception. I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Derek Sabedra; the Ferrari Technician that did the work on my 458. He did a fantastic job installing my exhaust valve bypass controller and air box cover. Both Sebastian and Derek went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied on all the services performed.
