The best experience purchasing a vehicle. Lapis is the new owner of Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona and the customer service is definitely their priority. We described our needs and we first test drove a GLE 450 with Kyle Cramer, sales consultant . When we came back to the Dealership. Andy Davis, the Pre-Owned Manager, personally met my wife and I asked if he could assist us in the purchase of a used car. (We had spoken on the phone earlier in the morning.) We explained what we were looking for and he informed us he had some used vehicles that would meet our expectations. We test drove the vehicles he recommended and were very impressed with one the vehicles and decided on purchasing it. Lane Jackson, the Finance Manager, and Anna Litovskaya, General Manager, went “beyond the call of duty” to acquire a better interest rate than what I was approved for from my bank. Excellent customer service! We were treated with respect and there was not any pressure sales like we have usually experienced when purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership! This car has plenty of front leg room and sounds awesome! It’s look draws much attention. Rides smooth. And for the price , couldn’t pass it up.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I did not go in to buy a high end car (trust me, they have some amazing ones!) but they treated me with the respect that I may have well been buying one. They weren’t pushy at all and unbelievably helpful. Jake, Chase, and Dusty were very helpful and made the experience great. Knox was my hero through it all, my situation needed some time and attention and he was not there the whole way but battled for me and gave me advice throughout. If I ever win the lottery, I would go in just to buy one of their high end cars as a thank you alone, much less the fact that their inventory is incredible!

A great driving car with lots of power, comfort and handling. I have not had it long enough to review the reliability but thus far it has been fine. This is the Turbocharged 552 Hp version of the California so 0 to 60 is about 3.5 seconds....plenty of power for me. My car is the Handling Speciale which gives the car a tighter suspension for better handling and a better sounding exhaust system. I am replacing a Porsche 911 4S that I have had for 15 years and this car beats it in every category and that is saying a lot. For the price you can buy these cars for used, it is a bargain for what you get.

After having a 2012 California in a place that the car could be driven I decided to upgrade to a California T. These two cars are completely different The T is so much more powerful and dun to drive, unfortunately in Hilton Head you van drive over 45mph 90% of the time. This car is to much for here. Gets a ton of attention and very comfortable to drive. Quiet and smooth when you want it to and an incredible GT with 553 hp when needed. This is a driver car for someone that can drive it over 45..

My purchase went relatively well considering I bought a car 800 miles away based on pictures and records from the dealership via internet. My sales rep, Geoffrey Taylor was very professional and helpful during the process.

I don't write many reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so good I wanted to write a review. I like nice cars and have dealt with most of the high end dealerships in DFW, but since finding Tactical Fleet, they are the only place I shop. I have purchased a Rolls Royce Dawn, Bentley Bentayga, and Lamborghini Urus from them, all were perfect. Great vehicles, great sales experience.

looks great and drives insanely nice. never under estimate the California turbo, as it is as quick as many. in fact it is an exotic race car, although, wife drove it mildly mostly to the market and back. :) for the money, it is a great value if you look up the upper end Mercedes AMG, and few other mass production cars, that do exceed the 200k mark these days. At that price level: get a Ferrari for sure.

This is the Ferrari for someone who wants a smooth ride, its very easy to get in and out of. It still has 490 HP and Gets to 60 in under 4 seconds and it sounds like any other Ferrari, but I would call it the Ferrari for seniors. The interior is beautiful and everything is very functional. The only flaw I can find is the cheap Chrysler entertainment center. It doesn't match the "state of the art" car it's in. If you are having a midlife, ( or "late life" crisis ), this is the exotic you want.

Amazing performance and a very usable Ferrari for a daily use. The hardtop convertible is a huge plus. Rear seat and trunk space is minuscule but I can use the Ferrari for a weekend getaway.
