I recently purchased my second Ferrari, a 2017 488 Spider, from Ferrari of Houston. What an incredible experience from start to finish! Craig Becker, my sales specialist, was extremely helpful throughout the process. The experience of designing the car with Craig?s help at the Atelier studio in The Woodlands location was exciting and fun. He made great suggestions, gave me confidence in my selections and was genuinely enthusiastic as we worked together on the spec. Of course, the wait from order to delivery is tough, but Craig was very proactive at keeping me apprised of the status. He was as anxious as me for its arrival. Taking delivery of a new Ferrari at Ferrari of Houston is among the most memorable experiences one will have. So why are they successful? The professionals at Ferrari of Houston are truly car enthusiasts. Purchased a Ferrari 458 from Jason. It was an out-of-state purchase and he was simply great to work with. I also had the car have a Xpel paint protection film installed at time of purchase. His team did an unbelievable job. So impressive that one would have difficulty telling it had a film installed. Jason is quite knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and understands the nuances of each model. Tactical Fleet sets the benchmark which I believe other should strive to achieve.
