I have not bought a car in over 12 years and was quite apprehensive and a little bit anxious about having to navigate such a big purchase. I'm so glad I discovered Stevenson Hendrick Honda, and, Will Stanley, as my advisor. I researched cars for quite a few months and once I felt ready, I started going to dealerships to see and test drive. Stevenson Hendrick was the 4th dealership I visited and Will was the 6th advisor. I can honestly say buying my new (used) car was a great experience. I recommend this dealership and specifically, Will, wholeheartedly. Will was friendly, patient, professional, helpful, and most importantly, to me, calm. At no point during the process did I feel pressured in any way. In addition to patiently answering my questions Will went above and beyond. At my final visit to sign paperwork, I realized I'd left my glasses at home - Will got me another pair within minutes! I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys
