The vehicle service went very well. The service personnel were friendly and responsive. That is where it stopped. The advisor had a chip on his shoulder and showed by his actions. The waiting area was cold with no one available to fix it.

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

I definitely recommend getting a car from this place. Chelsea W was awesome to work with. She is friendly, kind, and will go above and beyond to help you. Paul, the finance guy, was also great to work with. He was very informative, kept you in the loop going step-by-step, also trying to get the best deal for you. I typically hate going to car dealerships. They are usually pushy and sliding things past you trying to get a deal. This place did not. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them!

We took our newly purchased Toyota Prius to VA for a shake down cruise. Found some minor issues. Called Chris. Brought the car in, they gave us a loaner, then knocked out the work. Thanks to ALL! Wife and I are happy!

Full-disclosure I didn't end up buying the car I was considering from Da Vinci (ultimately I bought a different class of new vehicle instead), but I received phenomenal service from Rudolf. He was informative, helpful, and patient. He was timely in his responses and answered every question I asked. The reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of the communication experience with the dealership as a whole. Early on I received communicae from multiple individuals, and some of the details of my questions was lost. I had different people asking me questions that I'd previously answered. In any case, Rudolf took over and it was excellent henceforth.
